již nikdy více ! Měla jsem objednán převoz imobilní osoby do nemocnice Na Homolku, den před, jsem se chtěla ujistit,že je vše OK. Paní mi odpověděla, že je to zrušeno, nejdříve tvrdila, že to zrušil někdo z nás a že neví kdo, že si to nemůže pamatovat. Když jsem se ji zeptala jak může někdo něco zrušit co si neobjednal, že jsem si službu objednala já a nikdo jiný to tedy nemohl zrušit, tak otočila a začla, že mi to volala, že nemá auto a dala mi úplně jiné telefonní číslo. Tam prý to oznámila. Když jsem se s paní na uvedeném čísle spojila ( podotýkám, že se neznáme ), řekla mi, že měla na stejný den taky objednáno auto, ale pro jiného pacienta a z jiného místa a paní jí to opravdu zrušila , že není auto. Tím to asi bylo zrušeno pro všechny !
Evidentně paní, která Vám zapisuje objednávky v tom má "bordel" a ani nepřizná chybu.

Good day,
never again! I had ordered the transport of an immobile person to Na Homolku Hospital, the day before, I wanted to make sure everything was OK. The lady replied that it had been canceled, at first she claimed that one of us had canceled it and that she did not know who could not remember it. When I asked her how someone could cancel something they hadn't ordered, that I had ordered the service and no one else could cancel it, she turned around and started calling me that she didn't have a car and gave me a completely different phone number. It is said that she announced it there. When I contacted the lady on the number mentioned (I note that we do not know each other), she told me that she had also ordered a car for the same day, but for another patient and from another place, and the lady really canceled it for not being a car. That probably canceled it out for everyone!
Obviously, the lady who writes your orders has a "mess" in it and doesn't even admit a mistake.
This is my experience!
