Na nacenění jsem čekala nesmírně dlouho a po nesčetných urgencích mi přišel naprostý paskvil. Chtěla jsem nacenit stěrku pro podlahu celého domu a několik zdí dle projektu. Místo toho mi přišlo nacenění záhadných 45 metrů čtverečných. Proto jsem požádala o nápravu, ale čekání na opravenou cenovou nabídku bylo ještě delší než to předchozí. Také mne zarazilo to, že když jsem se na prodejně ptala na cenu stěrky za metr čtverečný, byla mi sdělena cena, která nebyla ani třetinová oproti výsledné ceně v cenové nabídce. I waited for pricing for a long time, and after countless urges, I was totally snapped. I wanted to pry a trowel for the floor of the whole house and several walls according to the project. Instead, I found the pricing of a mysterious 45 square meters. That's why I asked for correction, but waiting for a corrected bid was even longer than the previous one. I was also taken aback by the fact that when I asked about the price of a squeegee per square meter at the store, I was told the price, which was not even a third of the resulting price in the quotation.

Vse proběhlo bez jakéhokoliv problému, od první mile návštěvy, až po samotnou precizní realizaci. Firmu pana Lazny, muzu vřele doporučit všem, kteří chtějí skvěle odvedenou praci a nadčasový design. I was extremely satisfied with the ordered order from AB Parket. Everything went without any problem, from the first nice visit to the exact implementation itself. I can warmly recommend Mr. Lazna's company to anyone who wants a job well done and timeless design.

Od výběru stěrky do samotněho předání nebyl jediný problém a vše bylo v dohodnutém termínu. I can highly recommend AB Parket! I wanted a screed for the offices and the whole realization went perfectly. From the selection of the trowel to the handover itself, there was not a single problem and everything was on time.
p	prace klik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Děkuji za ochotné jednání a pomoc při hledání toho pravého druhu. Ve (na dnešní poměry velkém) vzorkovém studiu firmy mi velmi ochotně poradili s druhem do koupelny a za kuchyňskou linku. U těchto míst jsem se bál poškození vodou, ale díky dobrému výkladu jsem se velmi snadno zorientoval a vybral si. Ochotný pán ve vzorkovně mi pomohl vybrat jak typ stěrky tak i druh povrchu (hladkost, vzhled, strukturu/kresbu) a na manželku zbyl již jen výběr barvy :-). Prodloužená záruka na 36 měsíců mi také naznačila že tady nedělají jen to co musí. Cena za realizaci byla oproti konkurenci obdobná, ale hlavně jsem díky dobrému výkladu krásně pochopil co je pro mě vlastně to nejvhodnější řešení. U konkurenčních firem jsem si rozhodně tak dobře nevybral (ani se necítil) a jsem rád že jsem nakonec zašel i do jejich studia. Realizaci jsem si objednal a i přesto že dodací termíny mají za 3 až 5 týdnů jsem spokojen a rád si počkám. Ostatně i to o něčem svědčí, stejně tak jako jeden host v restauraci. In the (for today's conditions) sample studio, the company was very willing to advise me with a type in the bathroom and behind the kitchen. I was afraid of water damage in these places, but thanks to a good explanation I was very easy to find my way around and made my choice. The helpful gentleman in the showroom helped me choose both the type of trowel and the type of surface (smoothness, appearance, structure / drawing) and my wife was left with only a choice of color :-). The extended warranty for 36 months also indicated to me that they are not just doing what they have to do here. The price for the implementation was similar to the competition, but mainly, thanks to a good explanation, I understood beautifully what is the most suitable solution for me. I definitely didn't choose so well with competing companies (I didn't even feel that way) and I'm glad that I finally went to their studio. I ordered the realization and even though the delivery dates are in 3 to 5 weeks, I am satisfied and happy to wait. After all, this testifies to something, as does one guest in the restaurant.

Ste klamár a fak, že som vašu spoločnosť opustil ja, po nepríjemných skúsenostiach s vami nijako nevyvrátite. Mimochodom rovnakým spôsobom ako ja, vás opustilo aj desiatky ľudí predomnou. Bad experience with the owner of the company. Response to your answer: Mr Lazna. I did not expect another response from you. You are a liar and the fact that I left your company will not be refuted after unpleasant experiences with you. By the way, in the same way as me, dozens of people have left you in front.

Chtěl jsem vědět řešení, co s tím můžeme dělat a jak to vyřešit, samozřejmě slušně, ale komunikace žádná, pouze jedna odpověď, že se pan majitel Lazna ozve. Od 8.7. bez řešení... Velmi špatný přístup! Nedoporučuji! The implementation went relatively well, but after 6 months of use, the floor (concrete trowel) cracked. I wanted to know the solution, what we can do with it and how to solve it, of course decently, but no communication, only one answer that the owner of Lazno will respond. From 8.7. no solution ... Very bad approach! I do not recommend!
