★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Прекрасное сочетание цены и месторасположения. Все , что нужно для туриста, которому нужен лишь ночлег. Завтраки вполне пригодные, несмотря на то, что идти надо в отель Claris.  Great combination of price and location. All that is needed for a tourist who needs only an overnight stay. Breakfast is quite suitable, despite the fact that you need to go to the hotel Claris. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whilst you check in and check out at the Hotel Claris, Abacta Residence is only a few hundred metres down the road. Note that a €60 deposit (or cz equivalent) must be paid in cash at check in. The receptionist who checked us in gave the impression that she really didn't like us, or her job so I've knocked off a star. The other receptionists who interacted with were okay though.
The rooms are pretty spacious and located on the 7th floor. There is a list providing access.
Towels are provided and are changed everyday by the cleaner, as is bedding. In the room there is a hair dryer, TV, aircon and mini fridge. There is also a small communal kitchen with a microwave.
Breakfast is located at Hotel Claris and is okay, but not fantastic - does the job well.
There is a metro and tram stop located a two minute walk away that provides convenient travel into the old town. We felt safe staying here and felt that our belongings were secure.
All in all I would recommend, the room is clean and offers great value for money.
