Díky tomu vznikla prodleva v zaplacení (přibližně 4-5 dní), kdy si nárokovali více než 100% měsíční platby. Po telefonátu s naprosto arogantní "operátorkou" mi bylo sděleno, že to je u všech firem běžný postup, že si nárokují 100% ceny měsíční platby, poplatek za prodlení, že to tak dělá i vodafone. za další každoroční zvyšování měsíčních plateb, neochota cokoli řešit. Razí heslo "my jsme víc ty jsi nic" NEDOPORUČUJI ANI NEPŘÍTELI ! a complete disaster !!! First, connection instability. Second, they do not send invoices by post or e-mail. As a result, there was a delay in payment (approximately 4-5 days), when they claimed more than 100% of the monthly payment. After a phone call with a completely arrogant "operator", I was told that it is common practice for all companies to claim 100% of the monthly payment, a late fee, and that vodafone does the same. for another annual increase in monthly payments, unwillingness to deal with anything. M	Martin Novák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internetové připojení v ujezde nad lesy od tohoto poskytovatele je opravdu spatne.... ma casto vypadku ale co me nastvalo a proc jsem se rozhodl napsat tuto recenzi je ochota resit problem ... dali nam router uz asi 3x reklamovany opet vypadl asi vadna komunikace z routeru protoze z RB microtik ostatni porty funguji. nejsou ochotny reagovat nebo router vymenit... po tydnu spolubydlici radeji za svoje penize zakoupil novy aby jsme meli opet doma wifi ... nedoporucuji ! Internet connection in the driveway above the woods from this provider is really bad .... I often get out of the way but what made me and why I decided to write this review is willing to solve the problem ... they gave us the router about 3 times complained again fell out about bad communication from the router because from RB microtik the other ports work. they are not willing to respond or replace the router ... after a week my roommate prefers to buy a new one for his money so that we can have wifi at home again ... I do not recommend!

Po telefonické konzultaci jsme se domluvili na přesměrování na bližší vysílač, který tam v době stavby domu ještě nebyl. Vyžadovalo to přemístění antény na našem domě na jiné místo. Oceňujeme profesionální přístup technika, který se snažil ve všem vyjít vstříc (měli jsme tu menší komplikace, které ale byly čistě z naší strany) a dokonce nám nabídl, že nám vymění prasklou tašku na střeše. Platili jsme nakonec vlastně jen nějaký držák, na který se to připevnilo, ale to byla naprosto směšná částka. Nelze tedy jinak než vřele doporučit! We are fully satisfied. In the end, we actually only paid for some holder to which it was attached, but it was an absolutely ridiculous amount. So we can only recommend it!

Domluvili jsme si 100/100Mbps skokem z optiky a jediné, co nás občas zlobí, je naše stará kancelářská wifina. We have a connection for one of the editors, absolutely perfect. We arranged a 100 / 100Mbps jump from the optics and the only thing that sometimes upsets us is our old office wifi.
M	Miloš Lenger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V půli měsíce jsem oznámil, že v nemovitosti již nebydlím a službu tedy už nevyužívám, proto potřebuji ke konci měsíce ukončit...mám uhrazeno, zařízení je moje, takže jen odpojit net...slečna na telefonu stroze sdělila, že mají nárok na výpověď 30 dnů, takže zaplatím za duben dalších 800 Kč. Na otázku zda tedy lze ukončení dohodu, odpověď ne. Prý jsem si měl výpověď podat dřív. Skutečně pro klientské řešení. Ano mají samozřejmě právo na svých 30 dnů, ale ...i tak se dají vydělávat peníze.
