Dříve byli minimální problémy, sem tam internet vypadl na den, ale to se dalo ještě přetrpět. Ale posledních pár měsíců (2-3 měsíce) mi internet "padá" stylem: "Vypršel časový limit žádosti" anebo "Cílová síť není dostupná" nikdo s tím nic nedělá! Takže nedoporučuji!!! Hello, I have been subscribing to the Internet "Your Better Net" for about a year and a half. In the past, there were minimal problems, the Internet had fallen out for a day, but it could still have been. But for the last few months (2-3 months), the Internet has been "falling" in the style of: "Request timed out" or "Target network not available" nobody does anything about it! So I do not recommend !!!

Letos jsme museli 4x do té její pr?ele, kde mají raaadoby firmu - řešit výměnu přijímače, ovladače a ovladače c. 2 a teď musíme opět měnit za ovladač c. 3???!!! Predplacena Televize 5mesicu z roku nejde???!!!Nejhorší internet n světě!!!! The fact that the internet goes out X times a day ok ... Rozhodně nemůžu doporučit, "devadesátkový" web odráží i úroveň služeb, které lze dnes získat levněji a kvalitněji od zavedených operátorů. Když ale nastane problém tak zákaznická linka téměř nefunguje a až po 2 hidných telefonátech musíme zavolat a důrazně vysvětlit že potřebujeme pomoc tak se odhodlají k neochotné pomoci. J	Juraj Kubica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet od vaslepsi.net mam už rok občas to ma menší výpadky a zpomalení (jednou za měsíc), ale to je pri internetu cez anténu normálne a je to problém technologie. Čo si ale cením je, že v případě problémů stačí napsat email anebo zavolať a hněď sa to vyřeší. Taky instalace probehla bez problémů. 1 hvězdičku dole dávám kvůli cene, která je o neco vyšší jako je třebas v UPC. Podobné ceny mají aj iný poskytovatele v okolí. I have had internet from vaslepsi.net for a year, sometimes it has minor outages and slowdowns (once a month), but this is normal with the Internet via the antenna and it is a technology problem. But what I appreciate is that in case of problems, just write an email or call and it will be solved immediately. The installation also went smoothly. I give 1 star below because of the price, which is a bit higher than, for example, in UPC. Other providers in the area have similar prices.

Pro zásah v místě je třeba den nebo dva počkat. V zimě pochopitelně lezou na střechu raději za světla a sucha. Ochotně vše vysvětlí i poradí, navrhnou řešení. Dosud jsme spokojeni a proto již roky neměníme. In the event of a problem, they respond within a reasonable time and seek solutions. If the deficiencies can be rectified on their equipment, they solve the matter immediately. You need to wait a day or two to intervene on the spot. In winter, of course, they prefer to climb on the roof in light and drought. They willingly explain and advise everything, suggest solutions. We are still satisfied and that is why we have not changed for years.

Sure there were issues, but all the issues were easily solved either by making a phonecall to their service helpdesk, or by sending out an email. The company is reactive, and in order to keep customers happy, they are no strangers in replacing faulty HW on the spot (usually PSUs, sometimes antennae), sometimes even the very same day of reporting the fault. Price/performance ratio is also very good. Especially in areas where there is no fibre or broadband of sufficient quality, you won't find better value.
