★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od jiného automechanika (při koupi auta) jsem věděl, že bude potřeba vyměnit přední čep. Nechal jsem ho vyměnit zde. Po provedeném servisu jsem se ptal, jestli byl vážně špatný, a prý to nevědí (že by se před výměnou aspoň podívali, že je problém způsoben opravdu vadným čepem a ne něčím jiným je asi nenapadlo..). Následná geometrie byla udělaná úplně špatně, volant byl dokonce pohnutý doleva (nechával jsem předělat v jiném servisu - měl jsem reklamovat, moje chyba). Cena jaká mi byla předem sdělena odpovídala, ovšem nějak se mi zapomněli zmínit, že je to cena bez daně a jelikož jsem chtěl doklad, tak smůla..
Do tohoto servisu už nepojedu..
I knew from another car mechanic (when buying a car) that it would be necessary to replace the front pin. I had it replaced here. After the service, I asked if it was really bad, and they say they don't know (that they would at least look before the replacement, that the problem is caused by a really defective pin and not something else, it probably didn't occur to them ..). The subsequent geometry was done completely wrong, the steering wheel was even moved to the left (I had it remodeled in another service - I should have complained, my mistake). The price I was told corresponded in advance, but somehow they forgot to mention that it is a price without tax and since I wanted a document, it's unfortunate ..
I will not go to this service anymore ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behem dovolené nám selhala předovka, odtahovka nás vyložila zde v servisu. Pánové velmi ochotně během pár minut zjistili o jakou zavadu se přesně jedná. Náhradní převodovka byla druhý den nachystaná a další den po obědě bylo auto hotové. Skvělý přístup, odpovídající cena a rychle vyřízení - co si víc přát. :)
During the holidays, our foreman failed, the tow truck unloaded us here at the service station. The gentlemen were very willing to find out exactly what the problem was within a few minutes. The spare transmission was ready the next day and the next day after lunch the car was ready. Great access, reasonable price and fast processing - what more could you want. :)
