★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volala jsem na telefonní číslo makléře, které bylo uvedeno u nabídky na webových stránkách společnosti. Zvedla to nějaká paní, které jsem se musela zeptat, zda sem se vůbec dovolala správně. Poměrně neochotně mi sdělila, že musí zjistit, zda je nabídka ještě aktuální (ačkoliv je na stránkách stále označena jako "aktivní") a zavolá mi zpět. Již je to týden a nikdo se neozval. Tedy opravdu profesionální přístup...
 I called the broker phone number that was listed on the company's website. It was picked up by a lady who had to ask me if she had come up right. Reluctantly, she told me that she had to find out if the offer was still up to date (although it is still marked "active" on the site) and call me back. It's been a week now and no one has heard. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tohle je nějaká banda amaterů. Neumí se ani představit do telefonu. Neumí ani zjistit, jestli nějaký inzerát je stále aktivní a snaží se vám namluvit, že zavolají zpátky. Což se nestane. Na emaily neodpoví. Opravdu nepříjemná zkušenost.
This is a bunch of amateurs. He can't even introduce himself to the phone. He can't even tell if an ad is still active and tries to tell you that they'll call you back. Which won't happen. Not reply to emails. A really unpleasant experience.
