★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pavlina was always very kind and comprehensive helping us moving in Prague in a difficult moment; we couldn't come to Prague to see the apartment before the day of moving, so she kindly made a live video tour for us. She is also always ready to help us with any problem that comes up in the place, se answers you anytime and resolves the problems quickly. We don't speak Czech but with her that really wasn't a problem. Really happy to have her help here as an expat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pavlina is the best Real Estate agent I talked with! As an expat she really helped me a lot before and after the contract. She helped me find a perfect appartment in a gorgeous location! She's also really nice and funny. She'll go above and beyond for you and your needs all the while being fun and lighthearted with you. She helps you get whatever you need for your appartment whether it be basic necessities like forks etc and even helps you with setting up your internet! Moreover, if you have any question related to the city itself and how things work in Prague she's always ready to answer and to give you tips.
TL;DR 10/10 experience, lots of help, very funny and nice, 100% would recommend.

Even after we had signed papers and her job was done, Pavlina went above and beyond. She coordinated internet hookup, helped us get furniture delivered, and even ensured that our apartment would be stocked with necessities before we moved.
