Jako předsedkyně společenstva mohu říct, že jsme s touto firmou spokojeni. Zajistili i rekonstrukci jednotlivých bytů a v zimě osobně oceňuji jejich preciznost v odklízení sněhu z chodníků.

V bytě nám prasklo vodovodní potrubí a firma ihned ten den poslala šikovného pana instalatéra, který závadu během hodiny opravil. Pán byl velmi ochotný a díky jeho snaze jsme nemuseli vůbec bourat!
The water pipe in our apartment burst and the company immediately sent a skilled plumber that day, who repaired the defect within an hour. The Lord was very helpful and thanks to his efforts we did not have to cut down at all!

Jsem s touto firmou velmi spokojená. Oproti konkurenci mají opravdu proklientský přístup a nesnaží se z vás jen vytáhnout peníze. Řešili jsme spolu nějaký problém a pokud se umíte chovat slušně, tak se vám pokusí se vším pomoci a vyjdou vám vstříc.
I am very satisfied with this company. Compared to the competition, they have a really pro-client approach and don't just try to withdraw money from you. We solved a problem together and if you can behave decently, they will try to help you with everything and they will meet your needs.

Bad services. Bad communication with the flat owners. When you complain officially by (long) email to their hierarchy and ask for a confirmation of reception, you are ignored. Annual meetings of the co-owners are a mess. It took more than 6 months to make the change of the representative of the co-owners (SVJ). When we had to change the keys of the main entrance door, they forgot to give them to the post office and most importantly to the garbage removal company (KOMWAG) => we had a pile of stinky garbage in building for a week! Etc, etc, etc... Not recommended at all.

Never before I have experienced such an apathetic and unreliable property management. Since about two years, I am tenant of a quite expensive apartment in Žižkov. Whether the problem is small or large (for example, an urgent water damage caused by the tenant above me): They simply ignore you. Maybe it's because I only speak English. But even if I translate my emails via Google Translate into Czech, nothing happens. Only when you threaten to contact the owner of the property directly, they answer. My advice: NEVER EVER rent an apartment that is managed by Green Lions a.s. You will be sorry for that. PS: Interesting, that the previous critical review here on Google immediately was "neutralized" with many overly good reviews within only a few days. Not very believable. PPS: Dear Green Lions team, if you read this: Please contact me because of the water damage and the broken radiador.

Awful experience with this joke of a property management company. There are many, many examples of their unprofessionalism, but one for all: They made a mistake when dealing with a third party contractor, then blamed in writing for the mistake the Board (their client - the one they make money from), and when the Board presented evidence that it indeed was the property manager that made the mistake, they would not even find the decency to apologize. If they operated in a country with a developed real estate market and engaged owners, they would fade into oblivion.
