★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S panem Vaňkem mám tu nejlepší možnou zkušenost na realitním trhu. Již jsme v rodině prodávali i kupovali nemovitosti a narazil jsem na realitním trhu na opravdu neschopné lidi. Ale pokud bych někdy měl cokoli řešit s nemovitostmi, obrátím se na pana Vaňka jako vždy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jan not only organized everything about viewing a flat and renting it, but during years of rental he was basically a full-time representative for landlord, therefore all communication was done through him, varying from minor domestic questions to issues needing urgent attention. During moving in, he also helped with making a contract with UPC with special price. When rent period ended, Jan was punctual with his assistance during moving out, including help with selling furniture to landlord.

Jan managed to find 5 options for us in one evening! The next day, we looked at all 5 options, chose one and signed the Purchase Agreement for us with his friend- lawyer.
Since then, I have already bought several apartments in Prague, which Jan quickly and carefully selected for me. I came, looked, chose and bought.
Jan knows Prague well and knows how to choose apartments, which then always rise in price.
Jan helps me rent out these apartments in Prague, Jan solves all current issues with tenants.
