P	Pavel Nový on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obklady a dlažby položeny výborně, štuk výborný, elektrika, voda, plyn fungují bez problémů, lino položeno bez problémů. Jen ty neviditelné detaily - uvnitř větrací šachty vidíte, jak je vše uděláno narychlo - vše zastříkáno montážní pěnou(trubka odvětrávání, rozvody elekr. v koupelně). Největší problém je ale s plovoucí podlahou, podklad nebyl správně připraven, na některých místech se noha "propadá" na více vrstvách mirelonu, na některých místech u přechodů není podlaha správně zafixována a klesá při došlapu mimo lišty. Podlahu pokládal sám majitel firmy, takže asi nemá smysl žádat opravu. Dle svých slov si "pohrál" s mirelonem, a to tam, kde jeho zaměstnanci špatně vylili stěrku a podlaha nebyla rovná. Výsledek označil slovy, "že lépe to nešlo". Byt mi po rekonstrukci všichni závidí, nicméně pokud rekonstrukci od této firmy - tak v žádném případě už žádné pokládání plovoucí podlahy - to opravdu, ale opravdu neumíte pane Kydlíček - bez urážky, já tady po tom musím každý den šlapat, ne vy. Tiles and tiles laid excellent, stucco excellent, electricity, water, gas work without problems, linoleum laid without problems. Only the invisible details - inside the ventilation shaft you can see how everything is done quickly - everything is sprayed with mounting foam (ventilation pipe, wiring in the bathroom). The biggest problem, however, is with the floating floor, the substrate was not properly prepared, in some places the foot "sinks" on multiple layers of mirelon, in some places at transitions the floor is not properly fixed and falls when stepping off the rails. The floor was laid by the owner himself, so it probably makes no sense to ask for repair. According to his words, he "played" with the mirelon, where his staff poorly poured spatula and the floor was not flat. He marked the result with the words "that it did not work better". I am all envious of the apartment after reconstruction, however, if the reconstruction from this company - in any case no more laying of the floating floor - it really, but you really can not Mr. Kydlíček - no offense, I have to do it every day, not you.
