V prodejně, pokud se to tak dá nazvat sotva projdete, všude je plno televizorů, audio techniky, atd. na opravu, popřípadě po opravě. Rychlost mé opravy byla v řádu jednotek hodin. Z	Zdeněk K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEDOPORUČUJU!!! Do opravy dána 3 roky stará tv, zaplacena záloha 300 Kč na diagnostiku do týdne. Po týdnu diagnostika neprovedena a slíbena telefonická reakce do týdne. Servis se však neozval, takže další telefonát a opět omluva a slib reakce do dalšího týdne. Ani po této době žádný výsledek. Takže následuje osobní návštěva servisu, nyní opět následuje omluva a výmluvy na nedostupné součástky. Po dalších 3 dnech, po necelém měsíci televize odvezena. Vysvětlení: opravy nejsou občas jednoduché a navíc s dovětkem, že na jinou televizi obdrželi součástky až po 3 měsících Požadavek na vrácení zálohy: servis mě prý nechce obírat o peníze, ale měli prý režijní náklady na diagnostiku a tak vrací 100 Kč. Bohužel vyvracet tvrzení o režijních nákladech je nemožné a vzhledem k občanskému zákoníku si právo na proplacení režijních nákladů nejspíš servis obhájí Výsledek: Televize neopravena, výsledek diagnostiky s přesnou příčinu závady jsem neobdržel (pouze ústně informaci o problému s napájecí deskou - ve skutečnosti se jednalo o poruchu jedné LED v podsvícení). Na začátku byl slib, že do týdne budu vědět příčinu závady a pak se domluvíme na dalším postupu - ale to byl jen slib. Nakonec jsem si připadal jako okradený... NEDOPORUČUJU !!! Unfortunately, to refute the claim of overhead costs is impossible and due to the Civil Code, the right to reimbursement of overhead costs is likely to be upheld by the service Result: TV not repaired, I did not receive the diagnostic result with the exact cause of the failure (only verbally information about the problem with the power board - in fact it was a failure of one LED in the backlight). There was a promise in the beginning that I would know the cause of the defect within a week and then we would agree on what to do next - but that was just a promise. In the end I felt like robbed ...
P	Penumbra sro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomuhle servisu se vyhněte obloukem, před 14ti dny sem tam odvezl funkční gramofon z roku 1974 s tím, že potřebuje vyčistit kontakty, seřídit a udělat údržbu. Pán si vzal zálohu na opravu a slíbil, že bude za 7-10 dní hotový. Po 14ti dnech sem do servisu volal a bylo mi řečeno, že čeká na náhradní díl a že mám zavolat za týden. Do servisu sem si tedy udělal výlet a zůstal sem v totálním údivu, na mém gramofonu s cenovkou kolem 35 tisíc bylo naskládané harampádí, nikdo se do něj zjevně ani nepodíval (dle prachu a usazenin uvnitř). Gramofon sem si odvezl do jiného servisu, údržba trvala necelé 4 hodiny a nebylo nutné měnit nic kromě pár starších kabelů. Takže neděkuji a všem doporučuji dát si své elektro do jiného servisu. Tady se dočkáte jen neprofesionálního jednání, lží a stejně nic neopraví spíš ještě více poškodí manipulací. A panu majiteli bych doporučil pověsit podnikání na hřebík. And I would recommend the owner to hang the business on a nail.
