I ordered aluminum transition strips. The fact that less than 4m of rails cost almost two thousand, so the packaging was literally non-existent. The slats were thrown into a large box, no bubble, no stretch, just nothing. And the FOFR transport service didn't add much to that either. The package had obviously experienced a lot along the way. If I didn't necessarily need the rails, I wouldn't even take over the package. The slats ran bent and scratched. For two, he only used the lower part, which is not visible, and one was unusable in its entirety. I believe it was an isolated affair, but it will still freeze. I must admit that business has faced this event. The lady from the complaints contacted me on the basis of the review, and despite the negative evaluation, she very politely proposed a solution. At the expense the company immediately sent me the order completely again and as a bonus a very pleasant surprise. I would like to highlight in particular the actions of Mrs Havelková, who was helpful and willing to find a way out of this situation that would lead to general satisfaction. In the light of these events, I must reconsider my position. Even if everything is not according to your ideas, the company does not waive responsibility and is ready to solve problems. Nowadays, such an approach is rather rare, because most companies at this stage stop communicating with the customer. For these reasons too, I can recommend the ACARA store.
