Purchase of a used car (2.5 years old) at the branch in Litomyšl - AUTO Hlaváček (August 2019). Conflict with the sales manager Student. Until the handover of the car, quite normal (only small complaints) behavior. Absolutely appalling behavior when handing over, ie after the previous payment of the advance for the entire amount (excluding a few thousand quarters of a million CZK) and the signing of all documents at the establishment. Immediately after the last signature, I was told by the seller (sales manager !!) that I would receive an invoice for CZK 1,300, and left the seller after being told. When he returned, I asked what the invoice was and what it was all about. After saying that it was a transcript of the car (800) and their services (500) connected with the transcription of the car (I have to do the registration myself, they did not have a large TP at the establishment), I objected that I did not know about it and that it would come to me like an unserious act to tell me this exactly after the last signature. From that moment on, the seller took an aggressive approach and mutually arguing - on my part that I did not know about it and on his part that he told me about it on the phone. After his phone call with another dealer, who showed us the car and said that he had told us about it, I was informed that it was two on one (ridiculous meeting). However, his colleague told us that they would take care of everything and that they only needed my power of attorney, which I should send them by registered mail - I deduced that the car transcript is already included in the price of the whole car (as was the case last year. ). In addition, the mission of the power of attorney was not even needed, because I was able to hand it over when handing over the car in person. Other pearls from the seller of the type, I quote: What are you playing here ?, Are you chasing an ego here or what ?, Did you get a discount of 2,000? He got what you wanted. I don't need anyone to talk to me like that, make a fool of me and yell at me at the whole establishment. After taking over the car, I called the chairman of the board, Mr. Hlaváček, who called the "seller" in question, then called me back, noting that the handover was obviously not standard and apologized to me. I accepted the apology, but I do not recommend this seller for anything. At least not for the purchase of a car at the branch in Litomyšl and definitely not at the Žák sales manager. The zero assertive ability of the sales manager to communicate, the unserious actions and the appalling behavior in front of the customer caused me to take over the car incredibly upset. Not having such an interest in the car, not having it paid for and not driving 200 km for it, so after such an ascent I will turn on the spot and leave. EDIT (April 2020): After 8 months, the seller showed absolute unprofessionalism in the answer below by not being able to accept a negative review. This review is not fictional (unfortunately).

I really like coming here. Well-functioning service, friendly atmosphere, service staff are at a high professional level, with her work in 5 years since I drive here very satisfied. Just keep going. I warmly recommend. The only downside is the approach to the service in the direction from the city center.
