J	Jiří Hemerle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutečná zákaznická podpora, telefony nezvedají, na chat na stránkách neodpovídají, na chat na FB nereagují, příspěvky na FB skryté. Změnil jsem hosting a vidím, že to byla opravdu chyba. Unbelievable customer support, phones are not answering, they are not responding to chat, FB chat is not responding, FB posts are hidden. I changed hosting and I see it was really a mistake.

Deklarace produktů na jejich webových stránkách je, dle mého názoru, zavádějící. Nedoporučuji. I was not satisfied with the customer support. For a potential client who is considering switching to a competitor, they are not willing to take the slightest step. The product declaration on their website is, in my opinion, misleading. I do not recommend.
A	Andel Hell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neschopná firma, velmi brzy od nich odejdeme, náš e-shop je blokován evidentně generovanými IP adresami z Číny a active se tváří že se nic neděje ze nemůžou nic hromadně blokovat. Pomoc od nich nulová !!! Přitom se jedná o problém na jejich serveru. Můžu si prý sám blokovat jednu IP adresu po druhé :-) paráda to je přístup odbornika. Nečekal jsem Vaši reakci bohuzel přišla pozdě již jsme u jiného poskytovatele webhostingu...u active24 již nebylo na co čekat ;-) týden nefunkční e-shop a řešení v nedohlednu ...poslední informace od active byla že nám nemůžete pomoct :-) přeji hodně úspěchů v nabízení Vašich " výhodných" služeb, servisu atd Absolutely incapacitated company, very soon we leave them, our e-shop is blocked by evidently generated IP addresses from China and active pretends that nothing happens from being able to block anything in bulk. Help from them zero !!! This is a problem on their server. I can block myself one IP address at a time :-) great is an expert approach. I did not expect your response unfortunately came too late we are at another webhost ... at active24 there was nothing to wait ;-) weekly broken e-shop and solutions in sight ... last information from active was that you can not help us :-) I wish you every success in offering your "advantageous" services, service etc.

Vyhovuje nám především administrační rozhraní a žádný vážný problém jsem já ani kolegové nezaznamenali. Docela mne proto překvapují zdejší názory. Je tedy pravda že naši odborníci si dokáží poradit s administrací webů a nezatěžují podporu zbytečnými dotazy a velmi jim narozdíl od jiných doménových operátorů vyhovuje šíře nastavení. So we are satisfied so far. We have been using ACTIVE24 services for about 10 years. We prefer the administration interface and no serious problem was experienced by me or my colleagues. That's why I'm quite surprised by the opinions here. It is therefore true that our experts can deal with the administration of websites and do not burden the support with unnecessary queries, and unlike other domain operators, the breadth of settings suits them very well.

Today i'm still waiting for an answer from an expert form their team from Jannuary (2 months ago). This mornig again i needed support but after few hour of wasting time, no real answer. For the money they ask and the service they provide, is better to choose another company.
