★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporucuji zde neco nakupovat!!! Objednala jsem si 2x bio bambucke maslo a kdyz jsem produkt otevrela, tak maslo vyteklo.. (kontistence ma byt tuha). Zakaznicky servis me ujistil, ze je to teplotou. Tohle opravdu rocnimu diteti na kuzi mazat nebudu.. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an online order on the 17th Sept. Prozdravi retrieved the money immediately from my bank account. More than a week later (26th Sept) they sent me an e-mail telling me they can't deliver because they don't have all the products I ordered. On the 5th Oct. they sent another e-mail saying they can't deliver. On the 9th Oct. I asked them for reimbursement. On the 17th Oct. still no money. I wrote another e-mail. They responded the delay is due to bank transfer issues. 7 days later still nothing!! AMAZINGLY BAD SERVICE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently the shop sells some products that they do not have on stock, but will order from another provider. First of all they said my order was not delivered to them at the time promised and I had to wait one more week. I asked if they are sure the ordered product will come, they said they will inform me. One day before promised delivery they said that they do not have what I ordered. Had to cancel the order after waiting for two weeks. I ordered the same product in store CountyLife and it was delivered the next day.
