★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, tímto bych ráda upozornila na neseriozní jednání jednoho z makléřů (pana Dvořáka). Byly domluveny termíny o podpisu smluv, sjednané financování a toto vše padlo v niveč. Jelikož v den, kdy nám byla poskytnuta smlouva k nahlédnutí, byla tato nemovitost již postoupena jiným klientům. Nejsmutnější zůstává fakt, že tento makléř se neobtěžoval nám tuto skutečnost zdělit a po telefonické komunikaci z naší iniciativy a se skutečností, že se máme za 14 dní nastěhovat, nepovažoval za nic poškozujícího. Hello, I would like to draw your attention to the unreliable behavior of one of the brokers (Mr. Dvořák). The deadlines for signing the contracts were negotiated, the agreed financing and all this fell to nothing. Since on the day we were given a contract to inspect, this property was already passed on to other clients. The saddest thing is that this broker did not bother to share this fact with us and after the telephone communication on our initiative and with the fact that we are to move in 14 days, did not consider anything harmful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S AD Reality (konkrétně s p. Dvořákem) jsme jednali při koupi nemovitosti. Přestože zastupoval prodávajícího (de facto protistranu) jeho jednání bylo více než profesionální. Nejen že jednal naprosto korektně a co řekl to dodržel, ale i nám pomohl vyřešit určité problémy a urychlit některé procesy. Určitě bych jeho služby vřele doporučil.
We negotiated with AD Reality (specifically with Mr. Dvořák) when buying real estate. Although representing the seller (de facto counterparty) his actions were more than professional. Not only did he act perfectly correctly and he adhered to what he said, but he also helped us solve certain problems and speed up some processes. I would definitely highly recommend his services.
