★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horsiho maklere opravdu neznam. Jeho reakce na me argumenty vzdy byla "to je Vas nazor". Od zacatku mi bylo receno, ze si nehodla delat spatne jmeno, ale pri tom si ho delal od zacatku uz jen tim, ze mi lhal. Mam sve kontakty, ktere mi o nemovitosti rekli vice nez samotny makler a hlavne nesouhlasili urcite skutecnosti vcetne ceny, ktere nam makler nakecal (ale to je vlastne jen muj nazor, ze pane makleri?). Chteji Vas jen oskubat co nejvic to jde. NEDOPORUCUJI!!!

750 000,- Kč rekonstrukce je v pořádku, ale to neznamená, že se hodnota nemovitosti zvyšuje o již zmíněných 750 000,- Kč, ale s Vámi to nemá cenu řešit, protože si stejně budete stát za svým lživým tvrzením. Prodejní cena nemovistosti již klesla o 200 000,- Kč s tím, že jste se se mnou bavili o tom, že slevy nepůjdou rozhodně do statisíců. Zkoušíte to a prostě čekáte zda-li se někdo chytí toť vše. Tržní hodnota nemovitosti v dané lokalitě ( 20 minut od města ) s 64 metrů čtverečních rozhodně nemá 3,6 milionu korun. Hezký den.
Ještě si dovolim reagovat na Vaši další lež ohledně toho, že nebyla rekonstrukce zohledněna v odhadu. Pokud vím, tak rekonstrukce prošla v kuchyni a obývacím pokoji a pokud vím, tak je kuchyň a obývák součástí bytu tedy také součástí tržní hodnoty bytu, která tam zohledněna je!!! Nějakého odhadce jste mi sám doporučil, ale bohužel už Vám nevyhověl s cenou kterou odhadl a to se Vám prostě nehodí.
I really don't know Horsi's broker. His reaction to my arguments has always been "that's your opinion". From the beginning, I was told that you did not want to make a bad name, but you did it from the beginning only by lying to me. I have all my contacts who told me more about the property than the broker himself and mainly disagreed with certain facts, including the price that the broker charged us (but that's actually just my opinion, Mr. broker?). I just want to snatch you as much as possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

CZK 750,000 reconstruction is okay, but that does not mean that the value of the property increases by the already mentioned CZK 750,000, but it is not worth solving with you, because you will still stand behind your false claim. The sale price of real estate has already dropped by CZK 200,000, with the fact that you talked to me about the fact that discounts will definitely not go to hundreds of thousands. You try it and just wait to see if anyone catches it all. The market value of the property in the given locality (20 minutes from the city) with 64 square meters definitely does not have 3.6 million crowns. Have a nice day.
I would still like to respond to your next lie regarding the fact that the reconstruction was not taken into account in the estimate. As far as I know, the reconstruction took place in the kitchen and living room and as far as I know, the kitchen and living room are part of the apartment, so also part of the market value of the apartment, which is taken into account there !!! You recommended an appraiser to me yourself, but unfortunately he didn't suit you with the price he estimated and it just doesn't suit you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ráda bych reagovala na recenzi paní Huyen Truongové, která měla zájem o koupi mého bytu. I přes to, že prohlídky byly s dřívějšími zájemci domluvené na pozdější termin, vyšla jsem já i realitní kancelář zájemkyni vstříc a umožnili jsme prohlídku před našim odjezdem na dovolenou. Ze strany realitní kanceláře při prohlídce zazněla informace, že v následujícím týdnu proběhnou další prohlídky, na základě kterých se jako majitelka nemovitosti rozhodnu, komu svůj byt prodám. Samozřejmě součástí rozhodování byly i informace o způsobu financování ze strany všech dosavadních zájemců. Zároveň byl domluven termin, kdy své rozhodnutí prostřednictvím realitní kanceláře, sdělim paní Huyen Truongové. Tento termín byl splněn. Velmi mě mrzí, že i přes to, že bylo zájemkyni plně vyhověno, dočítám se v recenzích, že tomu tak údajně nebylo. S realitní kanceláří Vimmo - Vogel Immobilien s.r.o. jsme s manželem velmi spokojeni a můžeme všem doporučit. Vše vyřizují v domluvených termínech a poradí i v záležitostech, které nejsou součástí jejich zaměření.

Despite the fact that the tours were arranged with the previous applicants for a later date, I and the real estate agency went out of their way to accommodate the applicant and we enabled the inspection before our departure for the holidays. During the inspection, the real estate agency said that further inspections would take place next week, on the basis of which, as the property owner, I would decide to whom I would sell my apartment. Of course, part of the decision-making was also information on the method of financing by all previous applicants. At the same time, a deadline was agreed, when I will inform Ms. Huyen Truong of my decision through the real estate agency. This deadline has been met. I am very sorry that despite the fact that the applicant was fully satisfied, I read in the reviews that this was allegedly not the case. With real estate agency Vimmo - Vogel Immobilien s.r.o. my husband and I are very satisfied and we can recommend to everyone. They handle everything on the agreed dates and advise on matters that are not part of their focus.

Absolutně profesionální přístup k praci.
Kdykoliv jsme si nevěděli rady ohledně dokumentů pan makléř nám vše vysvětlil, nebyl problém volat v 9 večer nebo v půl 8 ráno.
V dnešní době přitom stačí tak málo. A to dělat svojí práci s péčí, což tato realitní kancelář 100% splňuje.
Doporučuji, a kdyby byla každá realitka jako tato....lidé nebudou mít strach ze zařizování bydlení.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší zkušenost. Na první pohled zdá se profesionální přístup, ale dle jednání přesný opak. Makléř podává nepravdivé informace, nejedná narovinu. Obrovské zklamání ne z toho, že jsme nakonec poptávanou nemovitost nezískali, ale z toho, že dnes ještě existují v tomto realitním světě přetvářky a nefér hry. Neskutečné.
The worst experience. At first glance, it seems a professional approach, but according to the negotiations the exact opposite. The broker provides false information, he does not act straight. A huge disappointment not from the fact that we did not get the demanded property in the end, but from the fact that today there are still pretenses and unfair games in this real estate world. Unreal.
