Staněk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naše spolupráce s touto podivnou firmou skončila dříve než začala, neboť již samotná instalace antény na příjem signálu na střechu našeho domu se ukázala být naprosto otřesným zážitkem. V domluvený den instalace přijel technik cca o 50 minut pozdě, ani se neomluvil za zpoždění, řídil velmi agresivně a celkově se choval arogantně. Zejména si však nepřivezl žebřík (přitom věděl, že bude instalovat anténu a bude muset lézt na střechu!), takže se po chvíli otočil, aby si jel někam půjčit žebřík. Po další cca půlhodině se vrátil i s žebříkem a začal instalovat. Při vstupu do domu se nepřezul, a jelikož bylo venku bláto a neustále chodil ven a dovnitř, byla podlaha v domě za chvíli totálně špinavá. To už nás všechno celkově dost znechutilo. To však nebylo všechno. Ještě během instalace jsme zjistili, že nám technik žebříkem poškodil úplně novou fasádu. Jednalo se o hrubou nedbalost technika - žebřík si totiž opřel přímo o fasádu, aniž by si mezi fasádu a žebřík dál nějakou desku či alespoň hadr. Jeho jednání bylo o to nepochopitelnější, že žebřík byl dlouhý dost a mohl si jej tedy buď opřít až o střechu, nebo si mezi žebřík a fasádu mohl dát aspoň polystyrenovou desku (kterou měl dokonce s sebou, ale z neznámého důvodu ji nepoužil!). Nyní již nebylo co řešit - zakázku jsme okamžitě zrušili, technika jsme vyhodili a s firmou ADC Systems už nechceme mít nic společného. Our cooperation with this strange company ended before it started, as the installation of the antenna to receive the signal on the roof of our house has proved to be a terrible experience. On the agreed day of installation, the technician arrived about 50 minutes late, not apologizing for the delay, driving very aggressively and generally behaved arrogantly. In particular, he did not bring a ladder (he knew he would install the antenna and would have to climb the roof!), So he turned after a while to borrow the ladder. After another half an hour he returned with the ladder and began installing. He did not change when he entered the house, and as it was mud outside and constantly going in and out, the floor in the house was soon totally dirty. That has made us quite disgusted. But that was not all. Even during the installation we found out that a technician had damaged a brand new façade with a ladder. It was a gross negligence of the technician - the ladder leaned directly on the facade without the board or at least a rag between the facade and the ladder. His actions were all the more incomprehensible because the ladder was long enough and he could either rest it up to the roof, or he could put at least a polystyrene plate (which he even had with him, but he did not use it for unknown reasons) between the ladder and the facade! Now there was nothing to deal with - we immediately canceled the order, we fired the technology and we do not want anything to do with ADC Systems.

Operativní připojení za pár hodin od poptávky a již několik měsíců vše funguje bez problému. Také jsme na jejich doporučení provedli revizi a rozšíření domácí síťě i přesto, že se nám zdála v pořádku. Od té doby je pokrytí wifi bez problému kdekoli v domě. Investice to sice nějaká byla, ale zpetně vidíme, že i v běžném domě se na kvalitním pokrytí domácí wifi šetřit nedá. Doporučujeme! Switching to this company solved a long-standing problem with a poor internet connection from another provider. Operational connection in a few hours from the demand and for several months everything works without a problem. We also revised and expanded the home network on their recommendation, even though it seemed fine to us. Since then, wifi coverage is no problem anywhere in the house. It was an investment, but we can see in retrospect that even in a normal house it is not possible to save on high-quality home wifi coverage. We recommend!
