★ ★ ★ ★ ★ naprosto příšerná zkušenost, pánovi na pobočce nešel vrátit modem a nedalo se s ním nijak domluvit, na pobočce v Krakově modem vrácen bez problémů a vše vyřešeno, Letňanská pobočka naprosto otřesná, nulový proklientský přístup, nedoporučuji.
absolutely terrible experience, the master at the branch could not return the modem and there was no agreement with him, at the branch in Krakow the modem was returned without problems and everything was solved, Letňany branch absolutely appalling, zero pro-client approach, I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní zkušenost s pobočkou na Letňanech je příšerná. Ochota nulová. Slečna/paní za přepážkou se chovala, jako kdybych ji obtěžovala. Jedna nepříjemná pracovnice zkazila můj pohled na celou pobočku. Můj požadavek jsem až vyřešila na zákaznické lince, kde mi pán opravdu pomohl a byl velmi ochotný.
Mrzí mě, že pokud se k někomu chovám slušně a přijdu s dotazem, tak mi pracovnice nepomůže a ani se nesnaží pomoci.
Today's experience with the branch in Letňany is terrible. Willingness zero. The lady behind the counter acted like I was harassing her. One annoying worker ruined my view of the entire branch. I solved my request on the customer line, where the gentleman really helped me and was very helpful.
I'm sorry that if I treat someone politely and come up with a question, the worker won't help me or try to help.
