★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozně se mi líbilo na pobočce na Proseku. Konkrétně mě tam zaujali zaměstnanci (obzvlášť zástupce). Je vidět, že jsou velmi vzdělané a přátelští, narozdíl od těch, kteří mě “přivítali” na Černém mostu.
 I really liked the branch in Prosek. Specifically, I was interested in the employees (especially the deputies). They can be seen to be very educated and friendly, unlike those who "welcomed" me on the Black Bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The touster I bought here was smelling badly and releasing white smoke. Later on the clerk in shop gave me new one, so fine.. IMO it's somehow more budget-focused store, good enough for basic things like batteries, bulbs and cheap kitchen equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 guys were walking around chatting without will to assist multiple customers. After asking for a product I was given different one. Afterwards they claimed they don't have product which I personally saw laying in the storage (e-shop also stating there were multiple products in this store). Overall very bad customer experience and very disorganized shop.
