★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem asi skoro 20 let ZÁKAZNÍKEM UPC a nyní Vodafone. Od konce listopadu jsem zrušil starou smlouvu balíček 300+ a přešel na jen nejrychlejší internet Optical1000+ nová smlouva na syna a problém začíná. Síť není stabilní a velmi pomalá. Mám focené důkazy o stavu.
Jde o ul. Pod Harfou. Co mám dělat? Není to podvod?
I have been a UPC CUSTOMER for about 20 years and now Vodafone. Since the end of November, I have canceled the old 300+ package contract and switched to only the fastest Optical1000 + internet + a new contract for a son and the problem begins. The network is not stable and very slow. I have photo evidence of the condition.
This is Pod Harfou Street. What should I do? Isn't that a scam?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme s kamarádem Ital kvůli internetu. Slečna nás pomohla se vším vůbec netlačila nepříjemné aby kamarád si pořizoval něco dražší nebo nepotřební. Snažila se mu jít vstříc se ve všem. Kéž by každý pracoval tak načeně.
My Italian friend and I were online. The young lady helped us with everything she didn't push unpleasant at all so that a friend could buy something more expensive or unnecessary. She tried to accommodate him in everything. I wish everyone would work so well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesná pobočka, pomalý personál, který možná až moc dlouze vysvětluje informace, zřejmě pro to, aby nemusel obsloužit více zákazníků. Slečna dnes si asi moc ráda vypráví, bohužel fakt zdlouhavé pro další zákazníky.
The appalling branch, the slow staff who may explain the information for too long, probably so that it doesn't have to serve more customers. Miss today probably likes to talk to her, unfortunately really tedious for other customers.

I didn't do anything problematic - I just returned the equipment. And everything went quickly and without any problems. ;-)
