J	Josef Boček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oprava, ktera ma trvat dle stranek applu pet dni, se protahla na tri tydny (jedna se o technickou vadu hodinek). Prodejna neni schopna absolutne komunikovat, ani poslat tracking number, abych si to vyresil primo s Applem. Skoda zacalo to mile, skoncilo to totalne na nic The repair, which should take five days according to Apple's website, lasted for three weeks (this is a technical defect of the watch). The store is not able to communicate absolutely, nor to send a tracking number to solve it directly with Apple. It's a shame it started nicely, it ended up for nothing
L	Lucie Holánová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Původně jsem chtěla jet pro koupi nového iPhonu na Smíchov, ale po přečtení převážně negativních recenzí jsem si nechala doporučit prodejnu v Harfě a vůbec toho nelituji. Příjemná mladá obsluha mi poradila, do ničeho mě nějak zvlášť nenutili, a tak musím hodnotit jen kladně. Doporučuji :-) Originally, I wanted to go to Smíchov to buy a new iPhone, but after reading mostly negative reviews, I had a store in Harfa recommended, and I don't regret it at all. The pleasant young staff advised me, they didn't force me into anything in any way, so I have to evaluate only positively. I recommend :-)

V pondělí mi přišlo vyrozumění o reklamaci, že je hotovo ať se zastavím pro nový kus. Nikdy by mne nenapadlo, že to bude až tak rychlé. Doporučuji Satisfaction. Very helpful and fast. My 20-day-old phone broke on Friday, motherboard error. On Monday, I received a notification about a complaint that it was done for me to stop for a new piece. Zboží objednal jsem na eshopu, a 30.11.2020, 10:42 Prodejna Harfa poslala mi správu: "Zdravím, tento týden odejde iStores  Apple Premium Reseller Galerie Harfa Praha" I do not recommend! I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for the ordered goods. It's stuck somewhere at DPD, but the business that doesn't have a deal with them doesn't leave it to me. Zaplatil jsem velmi přiměřenou zálohu, počítač objednali a skutečně - po měsíci a půl dorazil můj stroj a já jsem s ním nadmíru spokojený. Doporučuji! ? Great access and services. Měl skvělé povědomí o funkcích a bez problému mě navedl a společně jsme problém vyřešili. Pan prodavač měl certifikaci Apple expert, takže rozumí souvislostem do hloubky. Doporučuji! Excellent staff and great service. The salesman at the store was very helpful and helped me with the problems with iCloud. I went to the IStore Harfa to buy a dual hdmi hub, we choose it with the sales person, go to the cashier area, and the sales person told me, this one is sold online, I can’t sell it to you, and it’s the last one, so in one words, they explained to me that I was coming for nothing. So, I came back home and order the unit online and bought also a thunderbolt cable, both were mentioned “in stock”. After 3 days, they deliver the hub but missing the cable. I called them and they answer that they don’t have it in stock and they have to order it. When I asking when, the answer were stellar, “maybe one week, or maybe 2 weeks….”. They don’t have any view of their stocks, the order forecast is a joke, they kill customers with a crazy policy of stock management and at the end you wait more than going outside Czechia and buy it yourself at wherever apple store. To avoid.
