★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěli jsme si koupit set pračku se sušičkou.Nepochopím ,jak v dnešní době tam pracuje tak neochotný a lenivý člověk .specializovaná prodejna a ochota nula arogance na 1.Pán nás odkázal na internet ,že tam je vše popsané a sedl si opět na židli na mou další otázku už nereagoval . Škoda takového obchodu .Neškodila by kontrola z vedení .Koupíme jinde .Hezký den
We wanted to buy a set of washing machine and dryer. I do not understand how such a reluctant and lazy person works there today. he didn't answer my next question. Too bad such a deal .It would not hurt the control of the management .We will buy elsewhere. Have a nice day

Had better service (No one picked up the phone after numerous calls daily over the past 7 days) in 3rd world countries. Makes it worse that LG as a large Multi-national company does not care that their brand and name is being so badly tarnished. Explains why Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, Philips are all beating them out of business. Sad really... Dont buy their products just because when it breaks you will never get your appliance fixed, even under warranty !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update after two visits: Most of the staff are helpless and uninformed. If you are looking for useful information on LG phones - and for staff with friendlier behavior - just go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is nice but the employees are lazy and not helpful. When I entered the store and said hello they just ignored me and sat behind their desk. Never approached me when I showed interest in a product. Really bad salesmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We experienced an extremely rude customer treatment from a male employee in LGshop. He kept sitting by his desk, and never came up to us, to ask if we needed any help or advice. We went to him and kindly asked him in both English and Czech if the washing machines could be ordered localized to Korean or English. The LGshop employee was rude about us asking him if we could speak English, and he was hostile and dismissive to the idea that foreigners may want their appliances in other than Czech language.
Needless to say, we will inatead drop 40.000+ kč on a different brand after this experience; Bosch or Siemens or Samsung :-)
