Ani se nesnazil nam cokoliv prodat, opravdu jen nas odradit, abychom co nejdriv odesli. Asi pospichal na obed. Skoda, nabidku maji peknou, ale doba, kdy se clovek musel prodejcu doprosovat aby se mu venovali je podle me pryc. Dnes bych cekala snahu prodat. Velice neprofesionalni pristup. We wanted to choose the door and recommend a solution. But Mr. was just trying to get rid of us. He tried to scare us with the price, but he did not address what we needed and what the possibilities were. He didn't even try to sell us anything, really just discourage us from sending us as soon as possible. Probably hurrying for lunch. Too bad, they have a nice offer, but the time when the man had to sellers to ask him to pay them away in my opinion. Today I would expect an effort to sell. Very unprofessional approach.
J	Jirka Petřík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě bych nejspíš podruhé nevybral, cena odpovídá kvalitě materiálů, nicméně máme od nich v rámci subdodavky při rekonstrukci s PANELREKO 4x interiérové dveře a i když muselo být při instalace vidět, že má zárubeň výrobní vadu stejně je nainstalovali, následná oprava je téměř nemožná, takže se upiloval kus vložky aby šlo alespoň zavírání, další dveře po cca 9 měsících začínají také zlobit - vložka a zárubeň nevydrží uzavřené na kliku. Když otevřu balkón, tak se změnou tlaku sami otevřou. Asi pokud bych viděl podobné vady po deseti letech ok, ale u nových, profi instalovaných a ne budget dveří mám jiné očekávání než že budu řešit vyjednávání o slevě a reklamace hned na začátku jejich životnosti. Vstupní dveře jsem už řešil s jiným dodavatelem mimo tuto zakázku. I probably wouldn't choose it for me a second time, the price corresponds to the quality of materials, however we have from them as part of a subcontract during reconstruction with PANELREKO 4x interior doors and even though it had to be visible during installation a piece of the insert was cut so that it could at least be closed, the next door after about 9 months also starts to get angry - the insert and the door frame do not stay closed on the handle. When I open the balcony, they open themselves with a change of pressure. Probably if I saw similar defects after ten years ok, but with new, professionally installed and not budget doors, I have a different expectation than that I will deal with negotiations on discounts and complaints right at the beginning of their life. I have already solved the entrance door with another supplier outside this order.
