★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy víc s touto cestovní kanceláří! Přišli jsme o všechny peníze i dovolenou... I přes to, že jsme byli pojištěni velmi dobře... Zaměstnanci neprofesionální a podávají zavádějící informace... Pokud nechcete přijít o peníze, obloukem se této kanceláři vyhněte.

Vyhoví zákazníkovi s více způsoby platby pro úhradu zájezdu. Když jsme přemýšleli o přesunu termínu, sami se nám ozvali, zda budeme chtít dovolenou přesunout. Žádný problém v ničem. Určitě s nimi nepojedeme naposledy. Kéž by každá cestovka byla taková. :-)
Fast and great communication, both by phone and via email.
Satisfies the customer with multiple payment methods to pay for the trip. When we were thinking about rescheduling, they asked us if we would like to reschedule the holiday. No problem in anything. We will definitely not go with them for the last time. I wish every trip was like that. :-)
