★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poté co jsem vyslechl jak je paní "poradkyně" hodně nepříjemná na nějakou (asi) starší klientku, která ne vše pochopila napoprvé jsem asi 10 minut čekal (aniž by byl někdo přede mnou) ve frontě na dvě poradkyně, které ale zrovna neměli čas. Klient, který přišel po mně se „asertivně“ předsunul a byl obsloužen i když jsem byl nahlášen u hostesky. Hrají si na něco víc, že nemají pořadová čísla, ale nějak jim to nefunguje. Po dalším 5 minutách ignorace mé osoby jsem raději šel.
After listening to Mrs. "Counselor" is very uncomfortable for some (probably) older client who did not understand everything, for the first time I waited for about 10 minutes (without anyone in front of me) in line for two counselors, who just didn't have time. The client who came after me "assertively" advanced and was served even though I was reported to the hostess. They play for something more that they don't have serial numbers, but somehow it doesn't work for them. After another 5 minutes of ignoring my person, I preferred to go.
