Five weeks after the caesarean section, I called the YES VISAGE clinic in Brno to remove the scar and asked when to order. The lady on the phone consulted someone and said that I can and ordered me in 3 weeks, 8 weeks after the Caesarean section, but because of my illness it finally moved 2 weeks later, 10 weeks after the Caesarean section . At this time, I came to the scheduled meeting just to learn that the scar is better to wait until half a year after the creation ... Of course, 500 CZK for consultation did not forget to take! When I told the doctor that I called and the lady on the phone told me that I can already book and at the same time ordered me so soon, so she did not respond. I find it unprofessional that people with whom you order via phone at this clinic are not trained to know this information and even more puzzling me that the lady on the phone consulted and someone recommended to order me so soon ... Not only that you unnecessarily lose money, but they lose time ... If I knew, of course I would only come after half a year and I would have the scar removed right away, but now I know that I'm definitely not going to this clinic in six months!

I chose the clinic according to the prices, I have some of the highest prices on the market, so I said that it would probably be the best quality. Maybe it is, but in my case it turned out that the consultation discouraged me to go there again. Negative moments: 1) not everything happened in Brno (some interventions - only Prague), I found out except after consulting with an expert 2) I was not completely satisfied with the consultation because I would like to see some modeling of changes (to / after), how it will look after the procedure, what are the risks. I have deep-set eyes - blepharoplasty in my case can only make the situation worse, the expert said nothing about it. She looked, she said yes, we can put some piece of leather away. and that's all. This is the whole consultation. It didn't sound like an individual approach. 3) Unfortunately, the expert does not have much time for each client. The consultation lasted about 10-15 minutes, and the expert entered the data into the computer for the time being. So from the consul himself about the changes, the answers to the basic questions - about a few minutes. I understand that in a state polyclinic, but not in a private one where you plan to pay quite a lot in the future. Positive thing from the clinic after the review called me and offered to come again so that I could improve my opinion. I'll try to find something else, but maybe it's everywhere, hard to say.

I underwent a fractional laser at the clinic, due to acne, at Dr. Veselá's. The doctor explained everything to me in detail and was very nice. The nurses and receptionists were very nice and smiling. I was definitely not here for the last time and I highly recommend the clinic.

I was treated by MUDr. Urban and I'm completely satisfied. The doctor is sensitive, careful, kind, as well as the other smiling staff. Ever since I arrived at the clinic, I felt comfortable and knew that I would be happy to return.

About two years ago, at a clinic in Brno, I underwent treatment in the form of 3 or 4 injections with corticoids to reduce the keloid scar on my shoulder. This treatment was recommended to me at the first session with the doctor, because the scar was about 6 months old. One injection cost 1000, which is not a small result and I would expect the treatment to really help me if it is, at least in terms of clinic presentation and advertising, a very good clinic. Unfortunately, the opposite was true, and since the announcement that no more injections would be needed because the scar did not come out, it was smaller and lighter, and after about three or four months, the scar appeared in exactly the same condition as before the start of treatment. Therefore, I can not recommend this clinic, because I have a growing feeling that there are either amateurs or people who have their own income in the first place and not the patient, the effort to help you as a result is beyond the desire to get money from you. and benefit from you. Unfortunately, I came up with all this over time, so I would like someone else not to make the same mistake. The clinic certainly doesn't have to be bad in other respects, I judge from the point of view of the treatment of keloid scars.
