★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хорошая авиакомпания! Летаем только Аэрофлот уже несколько лет. Всегда вовремя, доброжелательный персонал. Слышал о проблемах с багажом, однако мы и наши знакомые с таким не сталкивались.
Good airline! We have been flying only Aeroflot for several years. Always on time, friendly staff. I heard about problems with luggage, but we and our friends did not encounter this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Девушки в офисе выполняют свои обязанности хорошо, но цены за которые компания вывозила с Праги во время закрытия границ... отдали 45000 крон за семью из 4х человек. Самолёт был хуже чем у австрийского лоукостера, но домой привёз. Спасибо что вернули домой! Но качество (низкое) и цены (очень высокие) надо бы поменять местами. В обычных условиях Аэрофлот не выберу, только при экстриме)))
The girls in the office fulfill their duties well, but the prices for which the company exported from Prague at the time of border closure ... gave 45,000 kroons for a family of 4 people. The plane was worse than the Austrian low-cost airline, but brought home. Thank you for returning home! But the quality (low) and prices (very high) should be swapped. Under normal conditions, I will not choose Aeroflot, only with extreme)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible airline. None of the person speaks much English. Us luggage came in poor condition. The suitcase broke the wheel and had a big dent. The quality of the aircraft is also bad: a lot of cracks and broken safety belts.The ticket was written wrong arrival time !!!! ;( :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a airline it's really good with reasonable process and good service on board... But if you got into a problem like that they have a glitch in their database and you have to pay extra for baggage... Any problem resolution take ages.
My three tickets (as on three flight has been forced to pay extra checked in baggage) took already 3 months to get resolution to pay back but... Already additional month and still waiting on money to arrive....
So unless you have any problem, it is a good way to travel. If there is a problem expect months of waiting to resolution....
