★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S touto leteckou společností mám velice špatné zkušenosti v komunikaci. V pražské kanceláři jsou sporadicky a ani v úředních hodinách nejsou k zastižení. Přestože je uveden kontakt na pražské telefonní číslo, jsou hovory přesměrovány pravděpodobně do Finska a česky se není možné domluvit.
With this airline, I have very poor communication experience. In the Prague office they are sporadically and not even in official hours. Although there is a contact on a Prague phone number, calls are probably redirected to Finland and can not be settled in Czech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto příšerné. Jsou to zloději. Zrušili mi let, dovolat se nejde, chat neodpovídá, nemáte kde požádat o refundaci. Nikdy více!
Absolutely awful. They are thieves. They canceled my flight, it is not possible to call, the chat does not respond, you have nowhere to ask for a refund. Never more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not a customer care center, but an office. You cannot get the service in regard to your flight ticket, so you do not need to fo there. Even so, the man working there was helpful and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How do I give zero stars? Absolutely horrid, it is impossible to get in contact with anyone from Finnair whilst in Prague, no one ever answers the number (several hours on hold over various calls), I went to the Finnair office and no one was there, no one from the airport knew how to get in touch with them. It was an absolute nightmare. I had to book another flight with Emirates to get back to my home country, where I called the local number for Finnair, my call was answered within 1 minute and my refund was issued immediately. I honestly thought Finnair was running some kind of scam until I contacted from my home country and they were extremely quick and helpful.
