In a word of tragedy, I do not recommend

Hello, I would like to share with you our really bad experience with CK Alexandria. In August, my husband and I paid a vacation after 5 years and because we chose Bulgaria, we chose the most important Ck for this country - Alexandria. Excluding the condition of the room at the Hotel Rosa in Primorsko and the strong location the hotel is located (just opposite the boiling amusement park into the night), we experienced a very unpleasant surprise there 3 days before the departure of the house. After returning from the beach, we found that our room is unlocked, things messed up and stolen cash. It made us sick enough that someone unlocked the room and rummaged through things. We were 100 percent sure we locked the room. At that time, the bridge was destroyed by the return to the hotel and in the afternoon the reception was always unproblematic no one was present at this time the reception was at a different location and the reception hours were on the label next to the reception. So anybody from the street could actually go to the hotel at that time and actually from anywhere. Although the guest fingoval someone from the guest shut him, but others not..takze as if there were no shaky. We reported everything, the delegate called a police officer, he wrote everything down, and yet another 6 families found that it was robbed in the same way, but this time for documents, psay and credit cards. In the afternoon, there was a questioning by the local police and the next day allowed to drive from Primorsko to Tsarevo again to write a protocol that we had to pay and after the return of the Police in Primorsko, but before the power of attorney at the bank. Quite well lost the rest of the holiday, don't you think? In one sentence I will summarize the actions of the delegate and the head of the office in Primorsko. We were absolutely not interested in these children in these positions, only interested in being "swept under the floor and concealed". Some regret and acknowledgment of guilt ck that the hotel was absolutely unsecured and could happen far worse things, we did not expect it by chance. I would also like to mention that a Czech policeman was found that at the time when the reception was empty in the afternoon, the offender refuted the locks in the drawers at the desk and cabinet, to which everyone could freely and borrowed the keys from the room, who were robbed and unlocked the rooms comfortably. So after returning the house, we sent the whole affair in writing to the leadership of ck alexandria to Prague 2, Spain 2, and this week we received from the director of ck Alexandria Mrs. ing. Nina Sotirova a full paragraph and reference to the law, Mrs. engineer reports that ck alexandria has not violated any obligations towards our clients, that the cash was stolen from us is unprovable and therefore nothing can be applied from any insurance policy (apparently Mrs. designer thinks that spending holidays at police stations is for robbed clients (pleasantly lost holiday time) and therefore with regret ck alexandria can not solve the whole matter of any compensation or complaint holiday. So experience with ck alexandria - one great disaster and a very, very disproportionate action. Even the greatest enemy would not recommend this ck. And we give the director 100 points for such action and we wish her a better lost vacation than we and, above all, a clear conscience for such a response to the theft in Primorsko at the Rosa Hotel.
