★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrá komunikace informační linky a ochota pomoci. Problém jsme řešili s předstihem dvou měsíců, ale stejně - ušetřili nám několik tisíc. Řešili jsme v ruštině a angličtině.
Good information line communication and willingness to help. We solved the problem two months in advance, but still - they saved us several thousand. We solved in Russian and English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible airline. None of the person speaks much English. Us luggage came in poor condition. The suitcase broke the wheel and had a big dent. The quality of the aircraft is also bad: a lot of cracks and broken safety belts.The ticket was written wrong arrival time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aeroflot has a decent service, nice entertainment options and a good food, but watch out if a part of a flight is provided by Russia (Rossiya) Airlines: it happened to us on our way from Moscow to Bangkok and I'd rather forget this 'experience'. Old plane, disgusting food, not working displays, dirty toilets. There was no info about a different provider, therefore only 3 stars.
