Yes.. they assure me that there is 0% fees charge but the rate is lousy! They told me buses only accept cash in local currency, they also said all shops in downtown close on weekend and most places do not accept credit card! (Well all the exact opposite I found out)! So the best give back is bad review for you! Rate they gav was 1811 compared to 2500 = €20

SCAM: DO NOT EXCHANGE YOUR MONEY HERE THEY FORCE YOU TO WITHDRAW MINIMUM 2000 CZK TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR POCKET. They charge highest exchange rate in whole Prague. I paid 1EUR=19 CZK where as in atm in city center gave me exchange rate of 1Eur=25 CZK I tried to exchange 100 euros and they were giving me 2070 where as from the atm in the center i was able to get 2530 for 100 euros. If you really need to withdraw some money then i would suggest you to walk close to supermarket Billa and use the blue color ATM there, although this one also offers same bad rate but at least you are not obliged to withdraw 2000 czk instead you can withdraw 400 czk and then once you reach your hotel/center you can withdraw from there.

Same story as others. They claimed saying facilities were closing on weekends and I also got a horrible exchange rate 18Cz/Euro. Luckily I only exchanged 40 euros, I only needed it for the rest of the day, food and transportation because I arrived early in the morning. Which then I went to a much better exchange office the next day where I got 25cz/euro.

We did the mistake of not looking up the exchange rate in advance. When we exchanged our euro to czk they mentioned something about a guarantee of getting back money with the same rate or something. Weirdly this “guarantee” was not written on the receipt but they showed it from their folder at the exchange counter. So I couldn’t remember what it was saying. We were very sad that we lost 30% of our money for something so stupid. But yes, it was partly our own fault for not doing a research beforehand. :/

I was tired coming of a flight and I thought I could trust the airport exchange house, I got robbed for the rate and what made things worse the woman even encouraged me to exchange more money given that it might not be enough for the days am staying, I got 18 for the euro and 21 for the pound! I have lost around 4000 CZK in exchange rate! Whereby I got to know that the average rate for the euro is around 25 and the GBP is 31. Shame on you, this should be monitored and regulated. ps. I couldn’t even reverse my transaction since the exchange was inside the baggage claim area and I even emailed you guys to try and help, but, I didn’t get much of an answer until I went to one of the branches, also it wasn’t explained to me that I can reverse the transaction within three hours.

It is a mystery for me how this place is not charged with felony. The rate for euro exchange is 20 krones for euro, while everywhere in the city it is 25. I personally lost 60 euros and it is a shame that it is in the airport and there are no other currency exchange. I want to say the staff is very friendly for a reason. We arrived on Friday, three day before Christmas. Most likely cashier saw that I didn't change all of my money He said that they won't work until Thursday in order to trick me so I will change more money. Another thing they give you a card and they say it gives a discount next time. I didn't check it because I bough a bus ticket with a card and then I wanted to see how much I paid in euros and the rate was 25. I understood I made a big mistake and be better than me and pay with a card (almost everywhere it is accepted) or change it in the city.

The fees are incredibly high (up to 28 %). Just like some other exchange offices, this one also gains profit from tourists who don't know the actual exchange rates (not my case). For 1 EURO you get less than 20 CZK, but the actual rate currently ranges between 25 and 26 CZK for 1 EURO. If you don't want to pay by credit card during your visit to Prague, it is better to find a legit cash machine (pay by credit card until you find it), or buy something at one of the local shops with EUROS and ask for change in Czech Crowns...

Scammers, avoid at all costs! Thinking the airport should have a bad, but reasonable, exchange rate, I have changed dollars to koruna and was left with around 25% less money from what I had. While the official exchange rate was 23.1, they changed with the rate of 17.5. Disgusting rip off, this should be illegal!!!
