On y est retourné 2 minutes après pour annuler l'opération (vous avez 3 heures pour le faire). Ils ont accepté mais nous ont directement proposé un taux de change à 24.
On est passé de 710 Kč à 960 Kč pour 40euros.
Autrement dit il faut négocier ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO ENTREM NESTE LOCAL. Claramente é uma pegadinha para turista. Na correria do dia entramos par trocar 100 dólares quando fomos informados da troca para 1580 coroas checas, quando a troca deveria ser no mínimo para 2100 coroas checas. Pedimos o dinheiro de volta e apesar das diversas outras propostas, fomos embora do local. Não há em nenhum local dentro do recinto a taxa de conversão, o que facilita esse tipo de atitude desrespeitosa. Evitem dor de cabeça, só procurem outro câmbio. Nem coloquem os pés aqui.
DO NOT ENTER THIS PLACE. It's clearly a tourist trap. In the rush of the day, we went in to exchange 100 dollars when we were informed of the exchange for 1580 CZK, when the exchange should be at least 2100 CZK. We asked for our money back and despite several other proposals, we left the place. There is nowhere inside the enclosure the conversion rate, which facilitates this kind of disrespectful attitude. Avoid headaches, just look for another exchange. Don't even set foot here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He scammed us, the prices in the board are not real. He make us sign and later in the hurry he give us the little amount of money. Once he gave us the money he was really rude. For 50 euros he gave us what in other store could have given us for 30 euros

They will take advantage of you. The absolute worst exchange rate in Prague .. possibly anywhere in the world! Right across the street the exchange is 30% better! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just run away from this place. They will try hard to fool you ?. No transparency at all. You dont see the rates beforehand. Anyway, if you already exchanged money here and not happy, you have a full right to refund it within 3 hours. Keep that in mind.

The ratio eur/korunas they give you is 18. Normal one, found in many other places, which are also in the center, is 25.
Tip: with the receipt they give you you can go back and reverse the transaction, in the 3 hours after the transaction, no questions asked! We did this the second time but unfortunately the first time we were handling a pressing situation and didn't pay attention and they stole from us around 1400 korunas - as in we exchanged 200 euros for a ridiculous rate.
