★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 | BEWARE of this exchange place, they are NOT honest at all and most probably will rip you off.
2 | They will give you around 18 CZK for 1 euro on weekdays and 14 CZK on weekends. Proper exchange rate is around 25 CZK for 1 euro.
3 | According to the Czech law, you CAN get your money back up to 3 hours after your transaction. It is a law, they HAVE TO return you all your money, if requested. There is no fee for that.

Lady working there gave us 3000 kronas for 200 euros.
That is 15ck=1€
Rate on this day is 24ck=1€
She took 30% !!!!!!!!
I didn‘t pay attention at first.
After I realized that she took 80€ for 200€ exchange, I came back and challenged it.
Lady said „you didnt ask for better exchange rate“ ??!??!!?!?!!?!?!?
After I threatened to call a police, she agreed to give us our money back.
AWFUL PLACE. DO NOT CHANGE HERE YOUR MONEY.
