★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Prague Municipal Savings Bank (Česká spořitelna) object was built according to the plans of Antonín Wiehl from 1891. The reconstruction took place in 1931 according to plans by Osvald Polívka. The building is situated on the site of the former draper´s hutches, mentioned first in 1362. In 1737, the municipality adopted a hutches for a theater in which the actors had played until 1782.
Budova Městské spořitelna Pražské (České spořitelny) byla postavena podle plánů Antonína Wiehla z roku 1891. Přestavba se uskutečnila v roce 1931 podle plánů Osvalda Polívky. Stavba stojí na místě bývalých soukenických kotců, zmiňovaných k roku 1362. V roce 1737 adoptoval magistrát kotce na divadlo, v němž se hrálo až do roku 1782.
