★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krasna budova, ale nekompetentni zamestnanci. Poradce v hypotecnim centru neumel ani vysvetlit vypocet hypotecnich splatek. Osobni bankerka mi prodala produkt, ktery mel byt zdarma, ale hned druhy den mi volala, ze se preci jen zpoplatnen a musim jej uhradit, protoze smlouva uz je podepsana.
 Beautiful building, but incompetent staff. The mortgage advisor could not explain the calculation of mortgage payments. A personal banker sold me a product that was supposed to be free, but the next day she called me to be charged and I have to pay it because the contract is already signed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám otřesnou zkušenost se zdejším hypotečním centrem. Nejdřív sliby, pak nic nedělají, nekomunikují, prostě ztráta času. Já už do ČS rozhodně nepůjdu. Naštěstí jsou na trhu i jiné - pružnější a lepší banky.
I have an appalling experience with the local mortgage center. Promises at first, then nothing, no communication, simply a waste of time. I'm definitely not going to MS anymore. Fortunately, there are others - more flexible and better banks.

On the website of the bank it says that this is the center of reference for expats in which to open accounts in foreign currency. I went into the building and while I was walking to the expat center I was refused business at the reception desk, since the lady there told me this place is "for VIP customers only".
The thing is she jumped to conclusions just because of my casual clothing, as I had checked the requirements for opening a premium account and my income is over the minimum they request.
She asked me to go to other offices nearby. ?♂️
I was astonished by her lack of care, so indeed I followed her advice: I opened the premium acount with a competitor bank brand ?
