★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprofesionalni pristup ohledne firemniho bankovnictvi a neochota. Navonena bida. Vedeni firemniho uctu za 290 kc mesicne. Nedoporucuji. A to mam u nich 4 sro plus vedeni uctu EUR za 3.10 EUR
 Unprofessional approach on corporate banking and reluctance. Perfumed bida. Led by the company account for 290 per month. I do not recommend. And I have them at 4 sro account management plus EUR 3.10 EUR

Jste na služební ceste a banka vám vypne Internetbanking, vypne vam taky v mobilu Smartbanking a dělejte si co chcete...protože přechazejí na jiný "lepsi system" a dost chaoticky to zavadeji. Pak týden voláte na helpdesk kde se absolutne nedá dovolat. Po navratu ze sluzebky zkusite zajit na pobocku v PHA1. Tam v 15.00 jsou na celou pobocku 2 pracovnici...takze cekaci doba 1hodina...možná víc. Takže sice můžete mít ČSOB podnikatelský účet za který platite...ale nedostanete se k nemu a můžete si lámat hlavu co s tím :) velká gratulace za profesionalitu!
So the bank CSOB. You are on a business trip and the bank will turn off Internetbanking for you, turn off Smartbanking on your mobile phone as well, and do whatever you want ... because they are switching to another "better system" and I'm quite chaotic. Then you call the helpdesk for a week where you can't call at all. After returning from the service, try to go to the branch in PHA1. There at 2 pm there are 2 workers for the whole branch ... so the waiting time is 1 hour ... maybe more. So you can have a ČSOB business account for which you pay ... but you won't get to it and you can worry about it :) big congratulations for professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tretia pobočka v centre Prahy, ktorá NEMA pokladnu s hotovostnými službami. Tak túto stratégiu ČSOB nedoporučujem. Firemným zákazníkom s hotovostným predajom nedoporučujem vôbec. Blízka pobočka, ktorá má hotovostné operácie je Václavské náměstí (cca 7 minut pěšky). Ale pozor 18.11. 16:35 im došli - našťastie niekto iný práve vkladal, takže sme to vyriešili.
The third branch in the center of Prague, which does NOT have a cash desk. So I do not recommend ČSOB's strategy. I do not recommend it to corporate customers with cash sales at all. The nearby branch, which has cash operations, is Wenceslas Square (about 7 minutes walk). But beware 18.11. 16:35 they ran out - luckily someone else just put in, so we solved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do banky chodim tak jednou za pet let - proc jinak, ve 21. stoleti, ze? Ale kdyz tam uz jsem tak si nemuzu stezovat. Personal je mily, a vzdy jsem vyresil vsechno tak jak jsem potreboval.
I go to the bank once every five years - why else, in the 21st century, right? But once I'm there, I can't complain. The staff is nice, and I always handled everything I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Супер! Даже дякую менеджерам банку. Сервіс високого рівня. Відкривала рахунки і закривали без жодних проблем. Сподобалось, що абсолютно всі працівників цього відділення клієнторвєнтовані. Працювали 2 рази з російськомовним менеджером і 2 рази з чеськомовними. Кожен раз питання було вирішено, знаходились рішення на всі мої запити, допомагали оплачувати рахунки швидку, зручно та зрозуміло. Це дійсно преміум відділення. Рекомендую всім. Колективу Чсоб банку бажаю натхнення, здоров'я, високої оплати праці. Дякую, що допомогаєте людям України. Ваша допомога- це величезна частина любові, поваги та турботи Чехії до нашої країни.????????
Super! I even thank the bank's managers. High level service. I opened accounts and closed without any problems. I liked that absolutely all employees of this department are client-oriented. Worked 2 times with a Russian-speaking manager and 2 times with Czech-speaking. Each time the issue was resolved, there were solutions to all my requests, helped to pay bills quickly, conveniently and clearly. This is really a premium branch. I recommend to everyone. I wish the staff of Chsob Bank inspiration, health and high salaries. Thank you for helping the people of Ukraine. Your help is a huge part of the Czech Republic's love, respect and care for our country.
