None were resolved and in walked away thinking it’s a far cry from a normal apple experience. - No. Return Apple Watch band purchased from Apple in the US - No. Repair a software glitch on iPad - No. Send an email saying iPhone is lost based on Find My screenshots The last one was the last straw. I ended up waiting 20 min to get it resolved when the managed could not prioritize a simple inquiry to her trainee. Overall, a waste of time and bad experience. That said, they have their branded bottled water which is cool but not relevant (so much for Apple green sustainability push).
G	Gleb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to that store to change protective film on my iPad Air 3, the man from the stuff asked me what i need, and when i explained what i need to change protective film on my iPad Air 3, he said “Noo, je to strašný model!” (Ha, that’s an awful model), this guy was selling this iPad half of a year ago, and now it’s calling it an awful old model without me asking his opinion. If you think that it would make me buy a new iPad, you are completely wrong… More over, he didn’t even knew that dimensions of Pro 10,5, Air 3 and 7,8,9 are completely the same, and he said that store doesn’t have any films for that old iPad. facepalm How you going to provide “premium” service for your customers when your stuff knowledge is below zero? Of course i didn’t bought anything there. Terrible experience.
M	Molly Malone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl staff I dealt with was very nice, however other than that this store was not good. I go in only needing my MacBook Air screen replaced. They say they can maybe do a 10 minute job in two days before I’m leaving but maybe not. So I say ok if you can’t I’ll come pick it up. Then they’re doing up the paper work and I ask the cost and they tell me they “don’t know the cost until the end”. So I just asked what’s the base cost for a screen replacement then, 13100 crowns which is equivalent to almost 800$ CAD. The apple site quotes 130 USD. They are supposed to be an apple seller this should not have been more than 200 CAD. They really didn’t seem to know what was going on. I would not recommend but make sure you ask about cost before leaving your items there.
