★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Like many other reviewers here, I bought a 4gb card here that is preloaded with 100mb - the remaining 3.9gb should be activated within 30 minutes. I had the sim card for 2 whole days and it was never activated. When I discovered this, I stopped by a t-mobile store in Austria and they said they could not help me because they are in a different country, and did not even attempt to help me. This is not my first time having issues with t-mobile and by far they are the worst telecommunications company I've had to deal with. They don't respect their customers enough to provide support for the products that their customers pay for. T-mobile's practices verges on false advertising. Buyers beware.

He ensured everything worked before I left the store and explained how to top up if I need more data later on. Would definitely recommend to company and location. I was in and out of there in no longer than 10 minutes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most people seem to leave a review only when they want to complain. Time to set the record straight. We went to upgrade a basic SIM to a nano and were served quickly and efficiently. The assistant was helpful and informative. Don't be put off by the other reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helllo Public i Post this Because of Really Bed Experience with T-Mobile store In Narodni trida I did Purchase From Them Before 6 month Before A Post Paid sim card I like There Offers I do Interested In End Then From Last 5 days I am Going there Every day But They Say Only One Thing 'I Don't know ' today I had Really Unsatisfied Service From 'Micheal' he is So Rude To Customer We was There For Buying From Them i phone I Pay My Billls In Advance And In 17 minits Of Spending Time There in 17 minits He Said 39 times 'I don't Know' if You Don't Know anything why Are You There Sitting And Taking Money From Company From Today I Change my mind i will use Cheap Company Atlist They Will Provide me Best Services

It's good to have local number to avoid roaming charges.
The prepaid card cost $17 or 400 korun (Czech republic money)
And the staff are very nice and Friendly

Sold contract that made no sense for my situation, they told me I could transfer numbers when I couldn’t, ended up having to go to 4 times here and Andel, each time getting contradictory information, until I gave up and threw the money I paid for the contract down the drain.
