Before you offer me any things, first look at what you've caused. When a service from you doesn't work, you always run into technical difficulties. A year and a half, YEAR AND HALF, I beg you to have a stable internet here.

If there would be a possibility to give minus 5 I would do it.

They do not deserve even one star! The worse internet company i had to deal with in my life. Customer service is rude and awful. They overcharge you and dont explain why even though you keep paying every month.

Never, ever use O2. I tried to get a Traveller SIM card and the screwed me over at every possible opportunity. Their customer service is non-existent and they won’t help you at all. Save your money and stay far away from O2.

Ok, so here’s our experience with O2 services. We’re Erasmus students studying in Prague for one semester. We found a flat that already had an O2 modem inside but the internet didn’t work. Ok so we ask our landlord to come with us to O2 to fix this. We went there on Monday and the landlord arranged everything. We signed the contract and were told somebody would come to our building the next day and set everything up. We wouldn’t even have to be at home for him to do this. All we had to do was register at their website. We tried but we couldn’t because we didn’t have a Czezh phone number (obviously, cause we’re Slovenian exchange students here for one semester). Nobody told us we needed one anyway. So we waited for two days and a package arrived (we weren’t told we were receiving one). It was another modem. Ok so we hook up the modem and the internet still doesn’t work. Nobody contacted us as to why we didn’t register even though it’s been 3 days since our visit to O2 on Monday. So we go there again. Turns out we do need a Czech phone number which we only found out after we went there for the second time, nothing about this was mentioned to us on Monday. So we spend 150kč on a prepaid sim card that we’re only going to use for one phone call. The most expensive phone call ever, it’s like we’re contacting the aliens or something (btw, they could have easily asked for our landlord’s number because he’s Czech). After that, the guy working there tells us that their IT guy will come to hook our internet up the next day. We say OK great, asap please. So he says the IT guy will be there between 10:15 am and 12:15 pm, we just have to be reachable on the number we bought. We say great and leave. So we woke up the next day expecting a call from the IT guy and I check my email because I had an email from O2. Says the IT guy was coming between 10:15 am and 12:15 pm but FIVE days later than we agreed upon with the guy in the store. He like literally looked us in the eyes and lied to us. So we went there again and they, of course, haven't done anything about it. Now we have to wait till Tuesday so that someone will finally come here and set up the internet. We’re pissed off because we have to apply to our classes and we don’t have wifi, we can’t wait forever. So my question is: did the same thing happen to anyone else? Or is this happening to us because we’re students and people just assume we’re patient and won’t flip out?

DONT GO HERE. I got conned for 200 Kc. don't remember the name of the executive, but he took 400 kc from me for 1GB of data and gave me 500 data worth a mere 150KC. As soon as my sim was activated, I got a message written in czech for 500 mb. I showed it to him, he told me that in Czech this is how data gets activated - 500 mb at a time. He didn't give me a bill, nor did he take any sort of a photo ID from me. (Apparently that is how it works for tourist Sims in Czech is what he informed me). Obviously the customer care refused to help me in this matter because by the time my data pack got over and I realised of this con I was in another country.

Purchased home internet. Paid 4000CZK for 'deposit'. They were not able to install it. They did not return my deposit. I visited the office. They promised to return deposit soon.(within few days). The deposit was not returned. Really awful fraudulent customer service .
