D	Daniel Skov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honor 8x screen repair. 2990 czk repair. Customer Service is good, seems that they have someone talking English most of the time. Official honor repair was 90 czk cheaper, but they said the repair would take 10 days. Mobileko did it in 1 day. They said screen is original, seems to be the case but cannot confirm. Overall great experience, and they have warranty on the repair as well.

Also the price was cheaper than I was quoted at other places and the guys spoke good English. Can highly recomed them.

They asked for less than half of the price I was given for the same service in Berlin. Furthermore they fixed it within a day when the other service in Berlin needed 2-6 days. When they noticed something else was broken, they informed me instantly and asked whether I want to have it fixed too including the price difference. I'll recommend them to anyone having mobile phone issues in Prague B-)

My Galaxy S8 is not only for communication, my phone is my map and tour guide, my bus pass, my camera, and so much more. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, honest and they speak great English, which was welcoming. Price was reasonable for the service (especially compared to other cities in Europe), expensive phones when they break, are expensive to repair, I just need to be more careful with my devices. They also had a good selection of phone/tablet accessories for the forgetful traveler. Again, they saved my vacation (even provided good food/bars and sightseeing recommendations), hopefully I won’t need their repair services again, but I will provide the name of the name of their store to anyone I know coming to Prague, just in case of an emergency!

Recently, I had an issue with my tablet which came very inconvenient since I had an extensive amount of books and notes saved and hadn't done a back up for about a month. I went somewhere else first which was meant to be a licensed Samsung service and very quickly I was told it's the motherboard and the tablet could be binned (the repair was over 5500kc). I found that a bit weird and luckily I went to Mobileko on Spalena street. A really nice member of staff told me right away it's the charging port and the repair was around 700kc. The tablet was ready the following day (on Sunday!) I could not stress enough how highly I recommend Mobileko as a first choice when in need! It seems there are many unreliable places out there waiting to exploit vulnerable people. Mobileko and their staff proved to be honest and reliable.
C	Clay Copland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy working last Saturday at Mobileko made my day! There was a line at one of the other phone shops down the street, so I decided to come here to check it out. Am I ever glad I did! Not only did I get in faster, but the service was excellent. I wasn't able to get a charge on my phone, and luckily it wasn't a problem with the actual charger or the phone itself, but just a matter of the charger port needing cleaning (apparently this can often be the case with Google phones). He cleaned it out, and it then started getting a charge quite easily. I was already so happy that the job was done so fast, and that I could leave with a working phone instead of potentially having to send it off and wait a long time to have it returned or even buy a completely new one, that I was ready to pay him something, but he said it was free of charge! Now, of course I don't want to promise they'll fix everything for everyone for free, but just the fact that a company would do something like that at all, even on occasion, was really impressive. I know exactly where I'm going for any phone repairs from now on!
L	L “LocoLer” C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand well positive comments. People here are nice, delays are great, and they repair phones for a very reasonnable price. I mean at least they try. For my phone I thought it was only a problem of battery. So I asked to change it a first time. When they gave it back to me after changing the battery the phone was working well for... 10 minutes. So I came back. Then they repaired it a second time. It worked for 1h, same problem, just the time to reach my place. Then I came back, again. And for a third and last time, same story. Maybe sometimes I suggest you admit that you can't repair because the phone is somehow just obsolete. Rather than pretending the opposite for keeping 40€ and give me back three time my phone with the exact same problem (You manage to make it work in the shop, and it is not working few hours later) I'm disappointed so this comment is worth my money, and for those who are wondering my phone is a Xiaomi MI9, 2019. This brands as many others just make obsolete phones tough to be repaired in Europe..
