★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! Firstly, they told me that if I pay 1000 ckz for cleaning, they could fix my phone! But not only they did not fix it, but later they asked me to pay 2200 ckz for another service! And in the end? I paid 1000 ckz for nothing! My phone is not working! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have several used phones from here and always trouble free. Some of friends had occasionally problem, but they were solved smoothly under the guarantee, no arguing. The prices they sell for are OK, but the prices they buy from you could definitely be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff might be nice but they have poor communication and systems. I was first told my phone needed a new part which they promised they have. Later when I came back they said there was no need to change the part and still charged me the same amount citing that a software update of the same value was done. 2 hours later the same problem pops up again and they tell me they will give me back the money less 200 czk cause "they still did work". It is one of the more angering experiences I have had. You'd do better to go to the original manufacturers for your fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressed with their service , rather it is exactly how one would expect : I had purchased a pair of earpods from them that stopped working within the 2-year warranty period (fault of the manufacturer) and I brought them in with the original box for servicing. The guys at the reklamace counter were friendly + professional. Received a new headset from Niceboy to replace my broken pair in about 3 weeks. The shop has some good deals on used stuff too. Would recommend!
