★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That was the cheapest place that i found the smart watch i wanted. The bummer was that in order to receive the tax free form, i had to go to the airport and then come back to the store. The tax free policy of this store was very inconvenient and unhelpful. Also, the staff didn't speak English at all. I had to explain to them via a translation app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous and pathetic business practices all in one. If you are not careful they will just send you a different model/series of a product than you have ordered. They are clearly selling it under one specific model/series, but then sending out a different one. And if you confront them, the answer will be "no need to make a big fuss about it" it´s basically the same. Yeah right....On top of that they are not even answering to E-mails, just on their site under the discussions for a product. Of course only if they feel like it. Typical Czech customer service behavior and mindset, they want to be "central Europe" and part of the modern world, whereby in reality they are still living in the dark depths of communism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy from somewhere else, there are better merchants out there like Alza, Mall or Datart.
I returned an item the day after I bought it, it has been one month and I haven’t even been issued a refund.
I have also had issues in the past with warranties where they take over a month or simply return me the item without it being fixed.
Products here are cheaper for a reason.
