The shop was very courteous and friendly. Are used the business service table which was reserved for companies. DOMINIKA which was servicing me did everything in her means to satisfy the requirements If you need something to be expedited with speed.

Though the shop assistants do their best to handle all the complaints the mother company goes firm being one of the worst, rigid and customer-unfriendly enterprises I ever encountered. The after sales is hardly existing and the administration department is blind, deaf and dumb. Very, very BAD!

We called in here to have a small problem with our phone sorted. We were helped by two wonderful gentlemen and we're on our way in no time. At a glance there seemed to be some reasonable phone deals on offer.

I was looking for a case and screen protector for iPhone SE and Mate 20 Pro. They had neither, which wasn't surprising - it's the smallest cell phone shop I've ever seen, maybe the size of 2 or 3 w/c's....but it was slightly annoying...a much larger shop by the same company is located only 7 minutes' walk away and had both the items I needed (but those prices! 300kr for an iphone-sized rubber cut-out? 1000kr for a screen protector?? These words I thought I'd never say: It's actually cheaper in Switzerland! :) The 2nd star was for the sole staffperson there, who was nice and did the best he could with extremely limited resources. ... Still, don't waste your time here.

A scam company with their fees and missing payments for home internet service! I had several additional bills from them for service I had already paid. It's impossible to get customer service help with these more challenging situations. Not worth it. Had a great experience with T-Mobile for cell service.

Was deceived by manager: - he said the price for one sim-card is 300 czk, but there is a promotion "2 cards for price of 1", so I've paid 300 and got 2 cards. Actual price was 150 as it seems. - he also said these sim-cards will work fine in Germany without any roaming charges, but he lied :) Be careful, my fellow tourists.

Bought a 5gb monthly sim card. At some point I forgot the original pin code that came with the card, and the card was gone as well. I came to this specific store to get them to unlock my phone (as it's not usable without the card; you must input it every single time you restart the phone). These people told me that there was ABSOLUTELY nothing they could do - the manager confirmed it. I had to BUY a new one. I went down the road - literally just down the road - to another O2 shop. They unlocked my phone and gave me a new pin within 10 minutes. This store WILL. TRY. TO. SCAM. YOU. EDIT: A response to the Owners' response I'd recommend to all to ignore their response below, as it is nothing more than an effort in damage control. I went to the store on two occasions, I talked with with a regular employee AND a manager - I was told that if I did not have the original pin, there was ABSOLUTELY nothing I could do. They did not offer me any alternatives other than to drop another 50 Euros for a new package. The Owner Response is full of lies.

Went to get a tourist sim today. Lady in the shop was great and her service was impeccable. Forgot to get her name but went around 1pm today.
