★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to use the service of this place two times. First time - i came for picking up my documents, but the sloppy girl on the reception took more than 30 minutes to find them. I didn't mind, she was a fresh one. I've gotten a document with few grammatical mistakes. Unfortunately, a year after (summer 2018) i came there back again, just because i didn't know any other place. I left one paper, asked a qoman to contact me. Ahe promised to call in the afternoon. I haven't received any call from her in next 6 days. Them i messaged the number which is given in 2 Gis and asked not to translate the document, because I didn't need it anymore, and that in one of the dyas of the following weeks i will pick it up. No response as well. So, the day has come, I came to pick up the document. No one wanted to help me - one woman was going through the table drovers in search of the needed item, but failed to find it. She asked me (!) to call a guy, who probably has my documents, and went to do her work back. I didn't say anything, but called him. He was in the remoted office in different part of Prague, and said that i can come for taking away my document. I was furious. I didn't say anything. I asked if anyone has received my message where i asked not to translate the document, and in response I've got smiling face of one woman, who was saying "It is not the number you have to contact us". It was 30+ degrees outside, i went to the different office of the different company to meet that man and takey document finally. If you want to have a worry less service and good treatment - this is the last place you have to visit.
