Na technické podpoře na stránkách iWant mi bylo řečeno, že ochrannou folii mi za poplatek 140 Kč na prodejně konzultant bez problémů nalepí, ale když jsem do prodejny přišla, konzultant mi řekl, že folii nikdy nelepil, ale že to "může zkusit". Když jsem se ptala, zda to umí někdo jiný, řekl, že se na lepení macbookových folií nespecializují. Pardon, ale opravdu nebudu platit za to, že mi na displeji zůstanou vzduchové bublinky. I do not recommend. I was told on the technical support on the iWant website that the consultant would stick the protective foil to the store for a fee of CZK 140 without any problems, but when I came to the store, the consultant told me that he never glued the foil, but that he could "try" it. When I asked if anyone else could do it, he said they didn't specialize in gluing MacBook transparencies. I'm sorry, but I really won't pay for air bubbles on the screen.

Za mě nesolidní firma, která "nepotřebuje" dělat záruční opravy, když má hodně stupidních oprav za rychlé peníze, jako výměny displejů. Jenom nechápu proč si hrají na záruční opravnu Apple. Sklamání. They did not answer the phone, they did not respond to the online order for warranty repairs, they did not confirm the date. For me, an unreliable company that "doesn't need" to make warranty repairs when it has a lot of stupid repairs for quick money, like display replacements. I just don't understand why they play at Apple's warranty service. Disappointment.
V	V. Roman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Navštívil jsem 27 05. 2022 prodejnu a servis iWant Můstek, 28. Října, Praha 1, kvůli výměně baterie v telefonu IPhone XS. Telefon byl předán na servisní zákrok(výměna baterie). Zhruba po 1,5 hodině čekání zavolal technik a sdelil že baterie nemají skladem. Telefon jsem vyzvedl bez vyměněné baterie. Považuji přístup autorizovaného servisů za neprofesionální a nezodpovědný. Před přijetím zakázky technik měl zkontrolovat jestli baterie je skladem. Na závěr: strata 4 hodin meho času, 2 × cesta z Jesenic do centra a parkovné za 200,-Kč I do not recommend. I visited the iWant Můstek store and service on May 27, 2022, October 28, Prague 1, to replace the battery in the IPhone XS phone. The phone was handed over for service (battery replacement). After about 1.5 hours of waiting, the technician called and said that the batteries were not in stock. I picked up the phone without a replaced battery. I consider the approach of authorized services to be unprofessional and irresponsible. Before accepting the order, the technician had to check if the battery was in stock. In conclusion: loss of 4 hours of my time, 2 × trip from Jesenice to the center and parking fee for 200 CZK
