★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEIR SYSTEM ALWAYS GETS STUCK AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET ANYTHING DONE. All 4 TIMES I HAVE BEEN HERE. SAME THING WHEN CALLING OVER THE PHONE. I asked to have a contract for the limited time. Ms.Svobodova gave me two options with committment or without. I CHOSE WITHOUT. Of course now they tell me that it never happened and I have to pay the fee for cancelling the service. The lady manager Ms.Mozrova only smiled and said that she cannot help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got surely scammed today in this shop and more then that received an awful customer service which completely ruins image of o2. Today I bought a phone case for my phone and the front glass cover which apparently glass didn’t fit my need. As I released that five minutes after paying for both. I nicely asked to refund the glass which was completely refused with an excuse that it’s not refundable due the system error on their end (!!) and by law I can’t refund unless they want to do!! What a lie!! Under EU and CZ law client can receive a refund within 14 days however instead I heard some insane excuses like “system not working at the moment “ & “refund never happens”. Well what can I say. Over a 500 czk I want everyone to know how miserable and dishonest your service is here which is totally away from any standards!!
