When you order stuff online and it should be ready in 30 minutes, it is usually ready earlier than that.

However, the sales person was making very vulgar jokes directed at me although, I suspect, they were completely oblivious of the effect of their words. The sales person, possibly all of them, could use more respect, politeness and sensitivity training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a tourist, I recently went to buy a toaster and customer service towards the general public was so bad that I had to leave... Mainly the gray-haired older gentleman who works in the background in the equipment collection section .... Since I approached him to ask him a question because they themselves were selling a product with the wrong price and when I went to pay they treated me badly .... I do not intend to go to that site anymore, in others they treat me better. .... And just to be clear , the Czechs are racist , they hate each other , imagine when they see a Tourist .... ? they only want your money, but in return they treat you so badly that you never come back
