★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při prodeji svého bytu v hodnotě převyšující 11 mil jsem nakonec po dlouhém výběru zvolil realitní kancelář SW a byla to nejlepší volba. V minulosti jsem již prodal tři byty, takže mám s čím srovnávat. Spolupráce s paní Křepelkovou byla vynikající. Přiznám se, že jsem ani nečetl všechny smlouvy. Zkrátka za své peníze jsem dostal naprosto plnohodnotnou službu. Vše dopadlo na jedničku a i provize byla proti konkurenci velmi vstřícná a přiměřená. Ještě jednou děkuji za spolupráci a příště už budu na 100% vědět, za kým jít. Doporučuji všem. Klidně mě osobně kontaktujte pro další info.
When selling my apartment worth more than 11 miles, I finally chose the real estate agency SW after a long selection and it was the best choice. I have sold three apartments in the past, so I have something to compare. The cooperation with Mrs. Křepelková was excellent. I admit that I haven't even read all the contracts. In short, for my money, I received a completely full service. Everything turned out to be number one and the commission was very accommodating and reasonable against the competition. I had great agents assigned to me, Tomas and Jitka, which walked me thru the sell smoothly. During the procedure they given me the right advices, updates, and information on where we are, and what’s the next step. I felt in good hands.

The service was ridiculous and support during the steps of acquiring an apartment was non existent.
Basically all the steps of buying an apartment were slow, bureaucratic and it always took me a large amount of energy to get to the next step with paperwork. Real estate and developer showed absolutely no interest in selling the apartment.
The buying contract was signed in a post office since the seller and the developer had no time to finalize the sell properly.
There were also multiple errors on the contracts to be signed which cost extra money due to the lawyer effort.
It seemed the client has to beg when spending his money with Svoboda & Williams, unless they provide better service to higher class assets.
Not recommended, a whole book could be written about this awful experience I had with Svoboda & Williams.
